One of the best places I have stayed in on this trip. Amazing, helpful staff who were on hand for anything I needed. Beach is only a couple of minutes away. Highly recommend the food at the restaurant.

Amazing beach resort that features bungalows with stunning view over the beach. The beach view bungalows also have a lot of privacy. The massages are relaxed (and away from the street), the food and the bar are good. Definitely recommended.

The resort is located on a very busy road. So all day and night you hear cars and especially screeching mopeds and scooters rushing by. Sleeping without earplugs is impossible. Rooms are spacious with a swimming pool in front of the door. The rooms are also very noisy. We weren't actually staying here (sadly!) but visited my friends here on a daily basis for drinks. We loved it and will stay here next time we're in Lanta. I think what made it most special were the staff, in particular Jun, the smiliest, happiest, nuttiest lady in Thailand. What a total superstar. It's right on the beach with a decent sized lap pool, everything you could want. Class.

Seaside bungalow with feet in the water with large bedroom and huge bed facing the sea, very pleasant with private sunbathing. Could not of picked a more perfect place for me and my partner to stay. Rooms where lovely and clean, and far enough away tucked down a quiet road so no noise from the strip. Owner was so friendly, and all staff where happy and approachable. The owner also made sure we had all our tours we wanted to do all planned for us!! Such an amazing day!

I can only recommend Anawin Bungalows. The surroundings where so cozy and you get the real jungle vibes, even though it’s placed so central. We ended up extending our stay, but were only able to extend it for one night because of fully booked. A little jewel. Rented 2 bungalows for 10 days for family. Enjoyed staying there, clean, comfortable and far enough away from Main Street to avoid most of the noise from the bars. Family that owned property were hospitable, friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay! The staff are fantastic and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was really amazing (my personal favorite was the chicken cashew). The beach is secluded and the views are beautiful. We went during low season and I'd be happy to stay there all year round!

Nice big restaurant that's very easy to find, look for the big ship-styled restaurant on the beach. The beach is nice and not crowded you can get a message there. I was staying in a nearby hotel, and I went to eat in the hotel restaurant for 2 evenings. The meal was very good, with several choices. I recommend this restaurant if you are nearby. A show of burning sticks on the beach entertained us well.

We LOVED our 4 night stay at Baan Laanta! We had one seaview bungalow (to die for!!) and one poolside bungalow for our daughter's (only one seaview one was available). Softest beds in Thailand for a budget place, period! Clean rooms! Extremely polite and English speaking front desk staff. Location is only a few minutes by motorcycle to Ao nang, who comes here and doesn't rent a bike? So not really an issue. Can be noisy as it is on the main road.

Facilities: The room was quite spacious and offered a lovely sea view, allowing us to hear the relaxing sound of the waves. My only complaint is that the lighting in the room was exceptionally dim – I really hope the hotel addresses this. Service: The staff were all very friendly!
