The grounds are great, and the two-bedroom villa with a pool view is lovely. Breakfast is good, pretty much everything you need. There are shuttles to the beach and the walking street. Hotel was super clean and service was good. There was a minibus to the main village Ao Nang but we didn’t use it - taxis are available and cheap. Rooms are spacious and clean. There isnt much going on at the hotel in terms of amenities or entertainment but it’s not a problem as the town is close by.

Good hotel for kids. It’s a 3.5 star hotel in terms of room quality and facilities, but if you are staying with kids then you can think of it as a 4.5 star due to the huge poop and water slides that our kids went crazy on.

The hotel is located on the beachfront and next to a night market, which is very convenient. The room is nice and the breakfast is okay. We booked a sea view room. However, it was quite noisy at night because the hotel is close to the road, so we did not sleep well.

Great location as nearby beach, night market and not too crowded area compared to Ao Nang beach. Breakfast was great too. Room cleanliness is acceptable but can be improved further. TV keep lagging and with hair line crack, maybe need to check and reported if found any defects especially for Housekeeping during perform room cleaning.
