We had a beautiful stay at the Nine Thipthara Resort and can absolutely recommend it! The rooms are very spacious and clean and staff is very friendly and open. Consider that is of advantage if you have a car/scooter for transportation. Great place to relaxe and spend some time to charge your batteries :)

Our 4 nights stay at this resort was just great. Excellent hospitality! Special thanks Sikarn who was at the reception. She helped us to reach tour operators and to get to places around. Great pool (and a good happy hour from 2-6) and really nice room and bathroom. The tv was also a smart TV which was nice. The views of the surrounding mountains and nature are very relaxing. Only reason for taking a star away was that there quite a few mosquitoes in our room and some dead bugs in the bathtub. But it's not surprising since you're in the middle nature.

We stayed over NYE in a Deluxe Villa. It was great for the 2 of us. Had a really relaxing stay at Royal Lanta where the sunset was just amazing. The staff were really friendly as well. Beach was really close by and the place pretty close to the main road where you can get all the items you need. Breakfast could be better and the spa was under renovation. Nonetheless they had massage services by the beach.

Spent 5 nights here and I think it was the best hotel that we stayed at (and we stayed at 5* hotels for the entire holiday). Amazingly kept grounds and gardens (I really cannot stress how immaculate it is), really friendly staff, good food, good prices (for a hotel), inexpensive laundry service, excellent location right on the beach. Simply amazing! I have seen many hotels, but the passion & effort that went into designing and maintaining this little oasis is just breathtaking! You have all amenities you need on site and yet the hustle & bustle of Koh Lanta is just around the corner.

Stylish bungalows with access to the beach! This is a real paradise. Beautiful, very green territory and cats everywhere. There are sun loungers. The girl at the reception is nice, speaks fluent English. Cons: uncomfortable bed and blanket, more like a fleece blanket, which does not let air through and is very hot under.

Lovely well positioned resort on klong dao beach. Nice well equipped bungalows with great air conditioning. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants in the area. Beautiful beach with beach loungers provided and some in the shade which was welcome as it gets very hot. Pool area was lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean! We stayed with three friends, and the room was perfect for us. Excellent value for money and very well located.

The hotel itself is good, clean. The hosts are friendly. But with the sea you have to adjust to the tides, because there are a lot of stones at low tide. Of the minuses - you have to ask for cleaning, there is no microwave at least, no cutlery for common use, I had to buy a knife for myself.

While the service was friendly and helpful, the hotel suffers from significant cleanliness issues and outdated, minimal amenities. The location is average—decent enough to get around, but not a primary selling point for the stay. Ultimately, the lack of upkeep makes it hard to recommend despite the professional staff.

I spent two nights here, the only plus was that it was a private room.The internet is slow in the room, it was almost non-existent, but at reception it was excellent, why they do this is a mystery to me. The street is very noisy, bikes and ambulances are constantly driving by, it’s very noisy, there is no soundproofing, it’s like an open window. Nice hotel, I have a very spacious double room. The problem with this hotel is that the walls are so thin that you can really hear everything, from people talking or walking in the hallway, to the many cars on the street, I could even hear the alarm coming from my neighbors room. We stayed for a month and had a beach facing room so we could see the ocean. We enjoyed a nice balcony surrounded by Bougainvillea and other flowers. The owners were so nice and helpful. They immediately organised us motorbikes and also a taxi! This place is right on the beach front. Run by a family who make you feel at home. The food is also the best we have eaten on this island. If you are looking for some relaxing time in a home away from home this is the place to be. Rooms are extremely clean and so is the whole complex.

I have been visiting this resort for 15 years, it has changed for the better each year. The staff and owners are very frendly. The rooms are very good for the price. It's bar is the best known for parties in Ko Lanta, Freedom Bar. Highly recommended.

Great calm place to stay rooms where great amd spacious. Food was tasty only downside for myself is the lack of choice for alcohol beer is the only drink available. Other than that we had 2x superior rooms and it was great.

We love our stay! It's near nature, the staff is very kind, and the accommodation is next to nature in a calm area. You can use a shuttle bus to the city centre, laundry service and WiFi. We loved our stay at Lanta Island Resort!! May at reception was so helpful, she organised our laundry and hired us scooters so we could travel to different beaches on the island which was so helpful. Pros: the staff is super nice, the room was very clean and spacious, you can use the pool of the hotel in front, very near long beach. Cons: no WiFi for the 5 nights I was there and there was a rat on the roof running around every night, I'm a light sleeper so that was not nice.

We booked a room for one night. The room was large, the bedding was clean, and the shower had hot water. You can use the pool at the neighboring hotel. The walk to the sea is a bit awkward; the path along the fences is not very pleasant.

We gave this newly rebuilt resort a chance and we were happily surprised. The construction has not been finished yet but I can imagine that in a year or two it will be the best resort in the area. You can even rent a motorbike, get a massage or eat here.

The hotel is very well located in Lille, right on the beach. The pool and massage parlor are also beachfront, and there are sun loungers. The welcome is pleasant, everyone is very friendly. The bungalow is spacious, and the small private pool is nice too. The restaurant is quite nice as well, but be aware that it's a bit dirty and a bit dated; the toilets need updating.

It was a beautiful experience — the entire resort was surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kid-friendly. Stayed for three nights. The place is gorgeous, the views are 5 stars. The rooms are already a little tired, the cleaning is C-grade, as everywhere else in Thailand where we stayed. The service was ok, they tried their best, there was a problem with the refrigerator, it wasn’t freezing, they replaced the refrigerator. A second air conditioner was missing.
