The best hotel I have stayed at in Chiang Mai, conveniently located near Maya Shopping Mall, White Market, and many great restaurants. I will definitely come back and visit this place again.

The breakfast served is also not bad—simple but good enough.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very basic rooms and simple designs but contains all the necessities for a pleasant stay. It is rare to get the feeling that the hotel/ staff did not just focus on making money as a business but that they truly cared about ensuring their guests have an enjoyable experience and focused on hospitality. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and seemed like they like their job (I forgot his name but especially the young gentleman from Russia). Unlimited bottled water and the hotel breakfast was delicious, had lots of variety, generous portions and I love the fruits. Convenient location in the Nimman area. Well worth the price for the time we travelled (early October).

Just a few suggestions for improvement: I would appreciate more lighting in the room; needs to work on sound proofing as I could easily hear other guests in the hallways; water easily sprayed everywhere in the bathroom due to the shower design and lack of shower curtain

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They'd recommend some local authentic food places away from tourist traps too. The best thing about this place is their daily breakfast. I was expecting a simple spread but it came out in a full buffet, and the quality of the food is amazing. They change their buffet menu every day! Also includes free flow of bottled water and instant noodles where customers can take anytime, making the stay so convenient! Service is impeccable honestly and the rooms are clean. Balcony view is nice too! 10/10 would come back.

This clean, modern and well-appointed hotel is in the Nimman district thus is in walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and stores.

The room was spacious and I loved the view out the large windows. Everything was very clean - the black flooring shows dirt quickly which makes it obvious when it is nice and tidy.

They provide free bottled water and stocked the mini fridge with a few cans of Coke and Sprite. You can also get coffee, tea, hot chocolates and cup noodles from the lobby any time. There was a lot available at the breakfast - plenty of hot dishes such as noodles, frittatas, vegetables, meats, etc., plus a toast bar, sweet treats, sticky rice, and in the cooler yogurt & granola, fresh fruit and juice. Another guest was a vegetarian and it sounded like she had fewer options out of the hot breakfast foods which is a bit unfortunate.

I used the laundry service which was quite affordable (cost me 170 baht for a large bag) and my clothes came out perfectly.

A negative is that the rooms don’t have lounge chairs - just molded plastic chairs to sit at the little desk. I was out and about most of the time and had a second bed that I designated my “lounging area” but this could prove a bit frustrating for long stays.

The hotel was very quiet in that I heard nothing from other guests or from the street. It is close to the airport and I did periodically hear planes overhead. I always travel with earplugs so this didn’t bother me but if you’re averse to earplugs or a very light sleeper this could be a problem for you. I found the bed perfect - firm yet supportive.

The staff was wonderful - extremely helpful and friendly! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Nimman.

It’s suitable for digital nomads. Overall, the experience is still good for young couples. The breakfast provided is nice, especially the banana bacon.
