BED Phrasingh Hotel - Adults Only in Chiang Mai City

We were warmly welcomed by Henry and JP. So friendly and courteous, serving us with their big smiles at all times. 
The room was clean, modern, and super cozy. Loved the peaceful, adults-only atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. 
Every morning was greeted by cheerfulness and smiles from every staff member. The breakfast spread never failed to entice our palates with the variety to choose from.

Chef Pim surprised us with star dishes every morning, which we earnestly looked forward to🙃🙃
We had the honour to meet CEO Jeroen Schedler on our last morning at BED. He is chatty and a beautiful person to every amazing staff member 🏆

This hotel in the ancient city is very quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They wished me 'Happy Chinese New Year' every day of my stay, which was such a warm touch! Plus, there are two adorable cats at the hotel, serving as the front desk and doorman respectively. There's also an excellent massage place just a three-minute walk from the hotel.

Very comfortable hotel with all you need. breakfast was good we have to leave early than starting time but we could eat some before so that was great and snack and drinks offers 24/7. Room is clean and easy access.

Absolutely amazing stay! It’s the perfect location where you’re still in the mix of the old quarter but you’re tucked away on a nice quiet street. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. The cats are adorable and so friendly!

I stayed here with my husband on our honeymoon and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel special. Honeymoon aside, the staff here is absolutely outstanding and will make any guest feel special! They are all so friendly and helpful, they gave great recommendations and made laundry drop off super easy. JP was a delight every morning and was always helping the guests to the max! The staff is what takes this hotel to the next level, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

There's a lounge in the lobby where you can enjoy tea 24/7 and even grab some light snacks, which is really relaxing. You can also drink as much bottled water as you like.

The breakfast menu shows a lot of thoughtful consideration.

All the staff members are incredibly kind and friendly.

While the room isn't large, the layout is so well-designed that it doesn't feel cramped at all.

I'd definitely like to repeat my stay here! ❤️❤️

stayed for 7 nights at BED. Delicious Breakfast was buffet and changed daily. Coffee, fruit and water was available all day. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Location was central. Our twin bed room was small with not enough shelf space to put things and only place to put one suitcase was on the writing bench. The owner could hang narrow shelves on the wall so travellers can put things there. Otherwise the room was clean and value for money. Overall enjoyed our stay esp without kids noise !

Was such a wonderful stay! Shouts out to all the staff for being so helpful and friendly! Location is great and close to many spots in the city.; Room is clean and got everything you need; breakfast is awesome and changes every day. Will definitely come back when visiting Chiang Mai again!

I wanted to leave a review to thank the staff at this hotel for their unexpected but much appreciated help during this stay. This is my third stay in this hotel. I have always liked the hotel’s facilities - great breakfasts, comfy rooms at a good price point. But this hotel’s killer app is their staff. They are excellent. Friendly and helpful during all interactions, they are always ready with a cheerful greeting or good tip about where to visit. This trip, I was blown away by the lengths they go to to help, I had a delivery that came later than expected. It would only get in on my check out day, and as I had a 4 pm flight, it was touch and go whether the parcel could be delivered before I had to leave for the airport. Khun Winny came to the rescue, calling flash express to hold the parcel at the local distribution centre, and then sending me on his motorbike to pick it up from the centre. I made it home with my parcel. I am really grateful for his assistance and very touched by how kind and helpful he was.

This place is definitely the best hotel you could possibly book in Chiang Mai. Everything about this hotel, from the cleanliness, the complimentary breakfast, the rooms, and ESPECIALLY the staff are all exceptional. They make you feel like home, and I couldn’t possibly recommend this place enough. I will be definitely recommending this place to anyone I know that comes to Thailand.

Plus a bonus to the cute cats that are strolling around the hotel. Thank you BED staff for such an amazing stay!!!!
