Muan Hostel in Chiang Mai City

Hotel located near Tha Pae Gate, very convenient, lot of foods and shop but the hotel still very cozy and quiet. There's the common area you can spend a quiet day.

Great location and friendly staff. The beds were a little dirty and the showers didn’t get properly hot water. But let me just say again: the location is literally perfect! Great price

The interior is well thought through. You will feel straight like home here. You might stay cheaper, when booking through Airbnb.

First time in Chiang Mai, so our first hotel. No complaints. Room is on the old style side, but nice. Large round tub in the bathroom. Quaint is how I would describe it.

I stayed at Muan Hostel for 4 nights. I was happy with the 24 hour help desk which made it easy to ask questions early in the morning. It has the best central location and it was close to a bus stop to and from the airport. It is connected to a really nice restaurant who luckily took credit cards on my last night in Chiang Mai with no cash. The beds have privacy curtains and the bathroom was cleaned regularly. One of the best hostels I stayed in Thailand. Thanks for a great stay!

Muan hostel is cosy, clean, close to everything and the most estetic pleasing hostel i have stayed in. The people in the reseption are kind and so helpful with good tips about what to do and see inn and around chiang mai.
I was going to stay here for five days but my stay only got prolongen by every passing day. And in the end i stayed here for ca 20 days. Celebrating both Christmas and New year here by tha phae gate.

Im going to miss all the kind people in the reseption and behind the bar. Btw their thai soymilk tea is exselent 👌
