This resort is amazing, great location and easy to go to the old city or Maya mall. In a super quiet area and the room is hug, beautiful decoration. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have the flight go back to bkk at 4pm, they extended my checking out time without any extra charge.

I didn't take many photos of the hotel, but the ambiance is definitely top-notch. There's a lucky cat named Maya, and someone waters the yard every day. Plus, there's a large swimming pool, perfect for a swim when you get back in the evening or before you head out in the morning. For service, I can only say there's no 10-star option – if there were, I'd give it 11. The service is truly impeccable, going above and beyond. This is a hotel I'd recommend to anyone who asks me where to stay in Chiang Mai. The rooms have a lovely aromatherapy scent, and there are complimentary cold drinks, snacks, and fruit. From the moment you arrive until you leave, someone is always there to handle your luggage. While you're swimming, a butler even brings you free coconut water and fresh towels. On the night we arrived, they gave us very detailed recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing, along with a map. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything is freshly prepared according to the menu and your choices. All in all, I think this place is absolutely perfect, and I would definitely choose it again if I have the chance.

The hotel reception has Chinese staff and Thai staff who speak Chinese, which made communication very easy. The service was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The location is also fantastic, right next to a 7-Eleven and Lotus's, and very close to the old city and the airport. Plus, there's a swimming pool available for guests.

A really welcoming hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent Mandarin. The room was spacious too. It's a beautiful garden hotel. I'd definitely come back again. There's a great BBQ restaurant nearby. Compared to other hotels, this one has a lot more greenery.

Lily is absolutely lovely!!!! It's also a very Chinese-friendly hotel. You can chat with the ladies who speak excellent Chinese about good places to visit, and they'll take wonderful care of you. Even if you don't speak English, this hotel can meet all your needs! The hotel also provides complimentary woven rattan bags and sun hats, which are great for photos! The breakfast is delicious too!!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel deserves one. A lot of Chinese guests stay here, and it's because the service is excellent – very warm and thoughtful. Plus, the staff speaks fluent Mandarin throughout, which is a huge plus. The hotel's location is also great; it's quiet and not noisy with night bars. Overall, it's a high-quality place, and I'll definitely be back often.

Location: About a 20 RMB taxi ride to the Old Town, which is quite convenient.
Facilities: I thought they were decent, not amazing but acceptable.
Environment: The hotel seems to be under a flight path, as you can hear planes occasionally. Just something to keep in mind!
Service: The Chinese-speaking butler was very enthusiastic and helpful; you could essentially contact him via WeChat for anything.

The service was excellent! The butler recommended activities and even a massage place, and helped us book them. Good places definitely need to be booked in advance, and having them help us reserve also meant they arranged a car to take us back to the hotel! It was scorching hot at noon, so it was perfect to just lounge in the pool! The cats were super cute! Plus, there's free laundry service!
