The room and the entire facility were very clean. The staff was very polite, friendly, and eager to help us with any questions we had. There are many shops nearby, as well as a gym. Also, even though we stayed in a room next to the street, it was very quiet at night. I will definitely visit again.

4 days stay, time went by in a wink, the villa is crazy af, close by to most of the happening plcs, each pick up, good night life, beachessss....r serene...not only here but all around the island. Nice pool, kayak, surfing gear available, no extra cost, all the beer n bongs the plc rocks🤘🤘🤘

Great small Hotel near the airport and peer to Koh Phangan Haad Rin. If you like to be more quiet outside the crazy tourist centers but near to all thats your choice

Stayed here after doing the national park and before our flight. Comfy bed is what was needed and it is what we got by far comfiest bed laid in throughout thailand. Big spacious bedrooms and service was great from helping with bags too bringing coffee & toast to our door before we left. 10/10

Everything is fine, but there is no hot water, I climbed into a cold bath for a minute and got sick, how can you lie in a cold bath?

Highly recommend this hotel for everyone who have a morning flight in Surat Thani! The hotel is near the airport. It’s around 6 km. (I think they have airport pickup service but we rent a car so it’s convenient) Staff is so helpful and everything is convenient and clean. Would love to stay here again!

I loved everything! The only thing I wish was that they cleaned the room every day and changed the towels. Otherwise, everything was great! The hostess was the best! The food was delicious 👍

We had a nice stay in this place! The location is great, near the beach (Haad Yao). Surrounded by the nature, so you might come accross some ants or other insects every now and then, but that did not bother us. The lady here was really nice, I was sick and she made chicken soup and rice for me, asked me how I am feeling and etc. Really nice people

We had a lovely stay at The Memory. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing time in Koh Phangan. Rooms are directly on flight path for Sumai airport. Planes fly very low over rooms from at least 7:00 AM until 10:00PM. Also major road construction directly in front of hotel causing terrible traffic and noise

The room was clean, there was a few bugs and unfortunately think i did have bed bugs in the bed. the location was good close to the airport and was able to book a grab easily. offered free breakfast in the morning too

Staff was super nice and professional. Was an issue with bugs in the room. They moved me immediately and handled it great. So minus points because there was an issue but overall great since they handled it quickly with zero fuss.

Nice hotel front the beach, good staffs and good service

Absolutely perfect property right on the water. We stayed here for a month during covid, and while we were the only guests in the entire property for most of the stay, the staff was incredibly nice and the property was maintained daily. There is also a 24 hour restaurant that could come in handy during some proper drinking sessions.

For the budget traveler there are independent bungalows to choose from in their garden setting. The restroom is not what you want, I’ve you are showering you almost are sitting on the toilet. The door from the room don’t close it’s entirely.

The hotel has its own flavor, but I would not recommend it. Small bungalows, green territory, close to the sea, very clean, tasty food, but the shower and toilet are a separate topic. It was expensive for such a hotel on our dates. The photos on the site correspond. There were no available on this date, so we chose it.

Nice surroundings full of plants, located on the beach. Bungalows have a good concept and I like that, but the beds realy needs to be replaced. Old and worn out mattresses. Mosquito net over the bed comes really handy. Few friendly dogs roaming around. They are ok until they start to bark in the middle of the night 😂.

Hi guys. I stayed at the Pier for a few days whilst travelling in Thailand. Loved it! Great location right on the beach and the owners were lovely people. Seemed like a family run business and they really look after the guests. I will 100% be returning again. Would definitely recommend it! Excellent. Fabien Ho

The room is a sort of bongalo it was a bit crowded for me. Location is perfect and the staff are nice. I’d recommend for a night or two.

I stayed during some pretty hot days, and the lack of air conditioning wasn't an issue. The fan did a good job of keeping the room cool. The location is superb; it's within walking distance of the ferry, and consequently, there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The beach was a bit dirty, but fine for just enjoying the view of the sea. Each bungalow has a hammock. There was no refrigerator...

Traditional Thai beds don’t be surprised at the firmness and sleeping on the ground. But otherwise super accommodating friendly and nice staff. The provide free water a light breakfast of toast, fruit and cookies. Free tea and coffee whenever you like. Ac and hot shower great stay

There are was a drainage issue. The water would be standing in the washroom for a while before it drains. The staff is super friendly and helpful, so that was good. The climb to the bed requires climbing skills. Exercise daily, be in a good shape before booking this place.

A little expensive for accommodation because it was very small, you would have thought it was student accommodation.

This is an amazing location, quiet, relaxing and family friendly. There is a lovely restaurant onsite, Ocean Breeze, with great food choices and very delicious. Many Restaurants within walking distance. 7-11 just up the road. This place isn’t perfect, not posh, so don’t come looking / expecting the Ritz. You get your own Villa which I love. No stairs, no elevators, and no long walks to the amenities

Paid for a room with a private swimming pool and originally got put in a room next to a stagnant pond and all the doors had gaps underneath leaving caterpillars and ants to walk in frequently. These two rooms need renovation not fit to stay despite being clean. Loved the stay here! Epic views and a great vegan menu - it’s at the top of a steep hill which some taxi drivers refuse to go up but the hotel will order a taxi for you which drives right up to the door. Definitely recommended. Will stay here again. There’s also 5 dogs which the owner has saved. Which all live on the premises. Oh and the throw a great party every Saturday.

A lovely spot to watch the sunset. There is a 600 baht entrance fee, which you receive back as a voucher to use at the restaurant. The food is vegan, but there is a wide variety of options to choose from. The road up to the hotel is very steep and was quite challenging to ride up on a scooter, so it’s something to keep in mind when arriving.

Ask to combine all cards of your table and do your own calculations because if you don't, all the little remaining amounts cannot be used or retrieved. A fantastic hotel! The view, especially from the infinity pool, is absolutely stunning. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to help. The vegan menu is also a welcome and thoughtful addition.

If you're in Samui and want somewhere nice, spacious, clean and comfortable BOOK HERE!! The member of staff was so kind he showed us to our room in the pouring rain bless him. Our room was fabulous 2 bathrooms, a lounge area and an upstairs bedroom. It was absolutely perfect. I've not got a single fault to this place! If I am ever back visiting samui I will be staying again!!!

First there is a steep stairway from the living area up to the sleeping area. There is no handrail and no guardrail. The steps are finished to look good but they can be a little slippery. Lovely room which had a lounge area, bathroom and pool access on the ground floor with very slippery stairs leading up to the bedroom and second bathroom. Pool was very dirty and not well maintained but looked good from afar.

The price is very worthwhile. The receptionist was good, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable.

The price is 550 but we reserved and got the part so we got it for less than 400. The accommodation has 2 buildings. You can stay in the building inside. There isn't even a single employee in front of the counter. There is only the front building. The air conditioner cools very slowly. Having stayed in many places, I have never had to wait for air conditioning for as long as 15 minutes.

More expensive than walkin 🥲

The accommodation is in the city center. There's a 7-Eleven right across the alley, and it's easy to order Grab. The staff provided good service.

The accommodation is centrally located, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It's easy to get around and near the Bang Bai Mai exit. The rooms are spacious, perfect for families. There was a concert near the hotel during our stay, which was very easy for us to attend.

Nice hotel with good amenities and staff, I had not realised I booked a day short and they were more than helpful in sorting out another day! Th location is quite a far from anything major if you’re here as a foreign tourist but very easy if renting a car as we did which made it much easier to explore around! Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

I needed to get to the eye hospital next door. Location is perfect, very close, always water, tea and coffee available for free. I will come back.

A very peaceful, small resort on a beautiful beach. The rooms/huts are rustic, but very clean and offer all basic amenities. The pool is lovely and big enough that it never felt too crowded, with the swim up bar being a great touch. The restaurant offered tasty, fresh food. A lovely little haven on Koh Phangan and we will definitely be back.
