Room was clean and a good size and the resort is right next to the beach with a very nice vegetarian restaurant next door. Although the rooms are a little dated the price is low so I think it’s worth it.

Stayed there for 3 weeks and it was a very pleasant experience. They have big bungalows each with a fridge, kettle, microwave, rice cooker, kitchen sink, AC and a balcony. Great experience staying in the lovely Khao Sok village. We had a 2 bed en-suite and 1 bed with shared bathroom. Both rooms were clean and tidy with good aircon. Shared bathrooms were always clean. Stayed here for 1night on a cycling tour from Phuket. Apart from a delay on the rooms being ready, everything else was faultless. Very reasonably priced accomodation within a five minute walk to the wonderful salad beach. A complimentary basic breakfast is offered here which was a great surprise to us. Comfortable beds, helpful staff, quiet and peaceful location by a really beautiful beach. Slept well here. Breakfast was good, dinner less so but there’s a restaurant next to the hotel which does a great beach bbq so I recommend eating there instead. The sun loungers could do with being replaced.

Best beach on Koh Phangan. Nice town Noi and also close to Yai. This is the cheapest resort on Noi, still has all facilities needed.

The place is located on one of my two favourite beaches of Koh Phangan. The restaurant has a wonderful view, at the sunrise side of Phangan, anice place to be with your partner. The rooms are ok, but need some TLC, the beds have very soft mattresses, the bathroom is a little worn. It would be nice if they would invest in painting the rooms. Then it would be well worth the money, to stay there.

We booked a seaview bungalow for 5 nights, and wow what a seaview it was from Bungalow 2 which is raised slightly and right on the beachfront. Lovely balcony with chairs and a table or you can just lie in bed and look at the sea or watch the amazing sunsets. Just note there are a lot of steps down to this bungalow so not suitable for young children, pushchairs or those who are unsteady on their feet...

One downside is that you need your stone plates with, which most travelers obviously don't take with for luggage weight constraints. We experienced the same type of vite in koh phi phi . But this one was greater. The staff was so nice with us, so kind and si thoughtful. Always with a smile. The hotel is officially currently closed to short-term tourists but we stayed here for 8 nights because a friend is staying here for a few months.
