You get what you pay for. Great location with awesome access to the beach. Everything was as we expected; however, staff is rather reactive than proactive. It is a bit of a shame, as this place has so much potential. I would still recommend staying here for some nights and enjoying the local vibe through other places on the beach. We really liked the location and the staff. Bathroom was really bad, the quality, the holes were bugs came in. And at the breakfast need better food containers because flies always were on them.

Everything was very nice! The Service was like from a different planet and the rooms that we had for ourrselves would host a family without issues.

The room is very spacious and there is even a hammock on the balcony. Also the food is delicious. The only problem was the noise as our room gave out to a well frequented road.

Nicest staff ever! Pool is beautiful and big, our poolside bungalow was also very spacious, the grounds are nice and the beach is a couple minutes walk. Absolutely stellar experience at Sabaii Resort in Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand! When our AC wasn't cooling properly, they swiftly replaced it within three hours. Great place for the price. Clean and New construction. I would ignore old posts. This place is doing their best and that’s enough for me at under 50USD per night…if you want a beach club with unnecessary guards at every entrance in the beach there’s a place next-door that’s run by the Burmese that will charge you about two to $400 a night… but you came to Thailand, right?

A hotel complex in the heart of Khao Sok, a 5-minute walk from the National Park. The hotel has everything you need. The pool is clean and open 24 hours a day. Tour programs are available. The breakfast is good. Monkeys live on the property.

A truly unique experience!! The entire place is designed like a Japanese garden, the atmosphere is surreal and the food is delicious. Nice place, good location. Monkeys all around, so watch out for food grabs. They feel too comfortable around people and will even go into your room if you do not lock it. I absolutely love this place! it’s very cheap but still very nice the staff here are really friendly and nice. Although be aware of the monkeys they don’t hurt you but the room next to us the monkey tried the door and it opened because the people that were staying in the room forgot to lock it before they went out the monkey trashed the place 😬🤦‍♀️😂🤪🤣🤭😳

Excellent location with a great staff and an amazing breakfast! I booked the lake-view room, and it was fantastic—new, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Be aware of the monkeys roaming around—make sure to lock your doors! It was an incredible experience, and they also offer lake tours with an overnight stay or a day trip. I chose the day trip, and it was absolutely perfect!

Staff friendly, rooms clean but basic with some ants able to get in and cold showers. The site could do with a general tidy up but the location was good. The breakfast was also basic. In regards to reviews about the monkeys, there were monkeys keeping a watch over breakfast, and one tried to get into our lodge giving us a 7am wakeup call but we had no real issues with them.
