A good price hotel with comfortable rooms, very good meals. The entertainers and male staff are disrespectful to the women and children. The beach is at an acceptable distance. The price justifies the vacation.

WiFi is terrible, and non existence, never connected during stay. If you need Internet for work then this not a good place. Good hotel and very close to the beach. It is a bit dated, but the staff are very nice. Smoking is allowed, but this permeates throughout the hotel. It is not very strong smell, but if you are not a smokers, you will notice it.

Amazing staff all so friendly and welcoming couldn’t wish for better.The location is only minutes from the sea, souke walking distance everything near the hotel. The food in the hotel was delicious buffet style definitely recommend food. As outside hotel was all the same menu varying prices and hygiene was questionable. Nobody was there to greet us when we came. We had to call a number and they only spoke French. The pool at the top was a very very mini pool and birds was swimming in it all day and it was bird poop there. The only good thing was the breakfast and the people how worked on the breakfast

Photos on some sites are not reflecting the truth. There is no white sandy beach at all. However the hotel is indeed by the beach, even closer than most palaces. We were glad to be upgraded to a suite which was really nice. Thanks the manager ! The suite was spacious and clean with a patio viewing the swimming pool. The car park was spacious with a gate and security guard. staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good with variety of food. We were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Kairouan, and it takes a bit of walking to get to the city center. The hotel has a very good restaurant offering a large and varied buffet. Breakfast is also a buffet with everything you could want; you can even have an omelet freshly cooked to order. There is a pool and a bar. The price-performance ratio is very good.

I actually like the room although there is a lot of sacrifices like there is no TV or even sometimes the heating system stops working suddenly ( i were in winter ) and the reception was kind but don’t take care a lot about our complains but overall i like it compared to the price

I visited the hotel beach and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff. They are very warm and very helpful. The place is called Mermaid and the hotel offers a free shuttle I think. It also offers magnificent evenings.

Incredible house…. A veritable palace! The interior is decorated with countless museum worthy pieces, and the owner Leila has installed a wonderful museum of tile in the basement. We were thrilled to have lunch with her during our stay. We had a reservation for the Four Seasons later in our trip, but canceled it in favor of returning here!
