Average room. Small shower room. Was hot and although AC is in the room, they consider the weather to be mild. For a European, it was hot. Breakfast buffet is ample. Worth crazing over before day out. Reasonable price and staff helpful and suggest a town 30 mins in the taxi.

The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. I actually like the room although there is a lot of sacrifices like there is no TV or even sometimes the heating system stops working suddenly ( i were in winter ) and the reception was kind but don’t take care a lot about our complains but overall i like it compared to the price

I visited the hotel beach and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff. They are very warm and very helpful. The place is called Mermaid and the hotel offers a free shuttle I think. It also offers magnificent evenings.

The hotel could not find our booking - STRESSFUL! We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking. After time wasting communication via ********** app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience.

The location of the hotel is very good since you have all the amenities nearby the beach is not clean the pool is too crowded and is not so big the stuff were decent not so helpful the room was confortable not so clean though (the bath wasn't too clean) The food was okay but it was too hot in the restaurant, not much variation in the menu and too much Mouchs. The space is not bad I spent 2 nights the stuff friendly I forget my hair dryer there and when I come back they return it to me, the bathroom is clear but the room is not specially the bed they don’t change the bedcover, the breakfast is so normal the coffee is horrible. The hotel is near to the city that’s the only good thing and at least there is WiFi .

Spent two nights here. Was charged too much city tax. But it's reasonable away 17d. Breakfast was decent. Overall a comfortable stay and relatively close to the airport. I actually walked there took 1.5 hours 😅

WiFi was not hood enough The place was good except few things like the TV wasn't working and the Internet Wi-Fi signal was not good inside the room unless if you’re in the corridor.

This hotel was a big surprise for me, 3 stars and yes possible correct, but the cleaning done in my room was 7 star. Every day, towels changed, bedsheets changed, floor washed, all around the room everything was cleaned. Breakfast was simple but plenty, Nothing else really to say except staff was always ready to help. I will for sure be back here.

The room is very small. There are many tables by the pool. Almost no one dares to swim. It is too close and the pool is very small.

We've stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was in 2019, when I booked a 10-night tour from Krasnodar. The second time, we booked a 2-night stay from Tunisia. We chose this hotel based on its location and price. It certainly won't give you a "wow" feeling. It's a budget 3-star hotel. Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward.

Stopped off for coffee during a Tunis trip. Yes it’s a little old fashioned, and - as with lots of places here - indoor smoking, but we had a warm welcome. Coffee was best I’ve had on the trip. Nice staff; good service. Location is very good, main strip near markets.

Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.

Family favourite place. Great place to stay with famil and grind. Quite place, a lot of entertainment on site sit. International food to suit everyone around the day and mainly night, calm place to enjoy around the swimming pool.

Disadvantages: The bed sheets are very dirty and have blood stains, and there are short hairs on the pillows; there are water stains and bent hairs on the toilet seat. The bed feels very damp when you lie on it, so don't stay if you mind hygiene.
