Photos on some sites are not reflecting the truth. There is no white sandy beach at all. However the hotel is indeed by the beach, even closer than most palaces. Beach is dirty as most of the country, unfortunately. But safe and the sea is warm and crystal clear. We are bit far from city center and Medina and other places of interest. Beautiful hotel really enjoyed my stay right in the beach front with palm trees and lovely sea view room with the staff being friendly and polite. It is a smaller hotel but it is just as nice as any other hotel with enjoyable food and I will be returning.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this hotel. The staff are really friendly, beautiful sea views from the balcony, Hotel room is cleaned everyday, I think people are expecting 5 stars on a budget who complain. Nothing to do in the evenings around this area, if you're European mind. Taxis are cheap enough to go to the centre of Sousse though

We were glad to be upgraded to a suite which was really nice. Thanks the manager ! The suite was spacious and clean with a patio viewing the swimming pool. The car park was spacious with a gate and security guard. staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good with variety of food. We were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Kairouan, and it takes a bit of walking to get to the city center. The hotel has a very good restaurant offering a large and varied buffet. Breakfast is also a buffet with everything you could want; you can even have an omelet freshly cooked to order. There is a pool and a bar. The price-performance ratio is very good.

I made a reservation for a trip to Tozeur Desert. Two nights in a bungalow full of date trees were wonderful. The atmosphere is also comfortable. However, it was a bit cold in the early morning, maybe because of the season.

Incredible house…. A veritable palace! The interior is decorated with countless museum worthy pieces, and the owner Leila has installed a wonderful museum of tile in the basement. A beautiful and really welcoming small hotel in the Medina, filled with wonderful things, especially the Tunisian ceramics. For a two star, it is clean. Well placed, near a super market with alcohol sales. Air conditioning is not that. Choice of massages and treatments for the same price outside. My companion has had his private parts massaged, I find it disturbing but I understand that it can work so that customers take several days of massages. The breakfast sucks. We were residents of Villa Azur right next to this hotel restaurant and wanted to have lunch somewhere other than our hotel. A very warm welcome. Authentic Tunisian cuisine. Not artificial for tourists but real Tunisian cuisine, good and plentiful. We have adored.
