Regarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent... sublime staff. Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par. I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc. Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.

Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this. They brought my cousin too! We arrived for one night and stayed for four. This hotel is a gem. Its public spaces are beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. All rooms have a generous terrace. It was nice to have a large pool. We stayed in mid-September, but Tozeur is still hot in September, so it was great to be able to relax by the pool in the hottest part of the afternoon. The dinner menu was a little lacking in variety, so I hope it could be improved a bit. However, September is the off-season in Tozeur, so perhaps that can't be helped. A very modern and comfortable hotel in the center of Tozeur, within walking distance of all the main sights. The evening buffet is plentiful and offers everything you could want, and it's reasonably priced for a hotel in this range. The breakfast buffet is also excellent.
