Hotel very nice with clean room, brilliant staff . The food was excellent. We like the Xmas Atmosphere . Service was excellent.
Wonderful experience , the room with sea view and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the weather was excellent, sunny stay ,we was so lucky .
It's was very nice stay with my family, room big and clean, food delicious with a lot of choice . Very friendly personal and helpful. Service everywhere was perfect. We recommended.
Amazing place & people, everything was brilliant. Starting from aeroport till hotel room , Tunisia very nice country people helpful, friendly and trustworthy , special miss Aida guest relation. The food was delicious with big choices. Thanks Sentido Bellevue park
Nothing to complain about, magnificent
Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service...

This hotel offers a variety of comfort and coziness from its well designed rooms and the outside areas of the hotel.
The food is also great; lots of choices and quality famous dishes!
Keep up the good work~
Had a great stay! There was a lovely guy on reception who upgraded us to all inclusive & a better room which was a nice surprise. He also gave us some olive oil as a leaving gift. Very friendly and attentive waiting staff & fun activities with the animation team (special mention to Kitty for the great Arabic lessons & Tito for the dancing & all the others as well). Thank you! We will be recommending...
I love this place!!! I came here solo, all of the staff are such amazing people, all of them are very attentive, kind and welcoming. The restaurants are beautiful too, the main restaurant is a help yourself buffet, loads of options like steak, lamb, sushi, salads and fresh fruit, a lot of drink options, the waiters are lovely people, the Italian restaurant was to die for! The restaurant itself is beautiful...
I stayed at Iberostar Diar El Andalous for 5 days and had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were excellent – clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The food was lovely with plenty of choice, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding.
A special mention to Alex from the animation team – always full of energy, very funny and someone who really...
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of by all the staff at the hotel everywhere like in security, reception, dinning, bars, cleaning, housekeeping, animation.

Honestly this hotel and all the staff have my heart! Me and my cousin come here every year in November as the weather and atmosphere are perfect for us!
This time though, I have come on my own feeling comfortable enough to do so! The staff remembered me and their reactions to me being back was absolutely priceless!!

Beautiful hotel in tunis. Clean area and hotel. Good sized room
The location is great, food below the average
I arrived on 30 th aug , late night , had booked in online, arrived tired and waited 30 mins, which was frustrating, then was given a room where a dog was in a balcony opposite, I did not sleep all night, but when I did put it to the hotel they did change my room
Great location + spacious + clean rooms
Very supportive staff.
Equipped for conferences & business meetings.
Good experience
Top service!!
Alles was in orde!!
The service was good so far. The room was neat, clean and tidy, but it would be better if it was ventilated next time. Thank you

Great place to stay close to downtown and many other locations.
The food is good and the rooms are decent
The room was super clean and confortable, the food was amazing at the restaurant and when ordering room service. Overall great experience highly recommend
The room was spacious, although a bit dated, it was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, with options to enjoy. While the location was slightly away from the city center, there was a lovely restaurant nearby offering tasty meals. The bar was also a great spot to relax.Overall, a pleasant stay!
The shower handle was broken.
There was not enough plugs for electric use
We visited Tunis Grand Hotel and we were mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and we would love to visit again.
fantastic stay at Tunis Grand Hotel! From the moment the booking is being made, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed.

Clean rooms, friendly service, complete facilities, including a small shop, game room, swimming pool, hammam, spa, daily dinner, beach access, and several beach activities such as ATV, horse riding, and beach volleyball. The food is all delicious! My favorites are their bambalouni and grilled fish. The Wi-Fi is very fast, the bathroom has a bathtub, and there is a heater in the room.
The best five-star hotel in Mahdia, a small seaside town in Tunisia, is located right on the beach. It has many rooms spread across five floors, located in two wings of the lobby, offering beautiful views of the coastline. Amenities include an indoor pool, table tennis room, and massage room. The hotel is mostly frequented by expatriates; the books in the lobby are in German and Dutch, while the tour...
We spent some amazing holidays there;
We choose the full board option.
The bedroom was big with a balcony opening to the sea view/ so beautiful.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
The food was varied and really nice. The only things that can be improved was the desert (maybe because I am not fan of sponge cakes) and the juices were to diluted.
Because we went in November it was not too busy and so...
We had an overall very good stay at this hotel, mainly thanks to the excellent service from most of the staff. Everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the entertainment team was excellent and really added to our experience.

Amazing stay! Super clean, great service, professional staff, and an excellent buffet. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended
30 years ago I vowed never to return to Tunisia. I can now completely recommend this hotel for being top quality. Its located on the beach with bar service. Its November and weather is great. Room half broken but very nice friendly staff and nice place. Food was average like most hotels. Good experiences and activities such as boat trip. Overall 6.7/10
90% of the staff do go out of their way and are friendly, which is definitely a positive. But parts of the hotel feel quite outdated. The indoor pool in seriously needs attention and could really do with a full refurbishment as it doesn’t feel fit for purpose. The main restaurant was extremely busy, to the point we found it much easier to eat at the snack bar instead on a few occasions. It was also...
Ok so I would like to give this hotel 5 star but unfortunately a few things let it down. On booking this hotel the information said that there was a vegan station at the buffet and vegan menus at the restaurants. Turns out they have no idea what vegan actually is as dishes were labeled as vegan that were topped with cheese and some dishes with fish. Im pretty sure they think we call vegetarian vegan...
I want to start my review by saying this was a last minute holiday that we would not usually have. Also, we are used to going to the Caribbean, which appears to have a difference level of all inclusive. We travelled as a family of 3 (2 adults and a 6 year old boy) for 7 nights. The flight from the UK and transfer were fine. We arrived at the hotel after 9pm though, which meant the buffet was closing...
Brilliant hotel staff are amazing entertainment unreal and very family friendly would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tunisia 10/10 experience will be back ☺️

Hello
First of all, the room assigned doesn't include my reservation, and the service (reception and catering) is poor. First and last visit.
Thank you.
If u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.
The environment is quiet and the Chinese are very hospitable
Room service staff are great
AC has some issues
Regarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent... sublime staff.
Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par.
I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc.
Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.
Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this.
They brought my cousin too! They all loved it 😍
The check in process takes time though, I wish it was more efficient. But overall, a great place to be.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed as the pillow and bed sheet have some stains, the hot water is inconsistent also we asked for in room iron but they couldn't provide,

A pleasant stay. Lake Tunis in front of the hotel is beautiful, and you can enjoy the lake view from your room balcony. Very well located, walking distance to the Medina and restaurants. Be mindful that most restaurants are closed for dinner on Sunday, except the hotel restaurant which was good. The staff is friendly, considerate & competent. I recommend this hotel.
Good hotel with nice rooms big rooms and bath tub. The hotel probably one of the best in Sfax and is located in the center of the city. There is, however very little to see/do in the area. The hotel has parking with limited spaces and an indoor swimming pool, but unfortunately there is no gym. I had a pizza in the hotel restaurant but i did not like it.
Lovely building, very traditional. Unique atrium concept. Breakfast was simple and perfectly adequate. Hotel has improved with split type AC in the rooms. Disappointed there wasn’t a single bottle of water provided in the room. Wi fi worked well. Little annoyed loud music started around 6.30am as room overlooked atrium where breakfast was served. Wonderful location with good ambience. Pool was great on a hot day after driving. Room AC did not work and had to get a maintenance person to fix. Dinner was very mediocre, but breakfast was good. We had a lot of ants in our room which was an annoyance.
Large pool, central, quiet location, but quite dated.
The hotel is located very close to Daqing Temple. It is a very distinctive hotel with a great swimming pool, rich breakfast and delicious food suitable for Chinese people. The front desk service is warm and there is an English-speaking receptionist.

We arrived for one night and stayed for four. This hotel is a gem. Its public spaces are beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. All rooms have a generous terrace. The grounds and beach are gorgeous. Breakfast is great. Best of all, the staff are uniformly kind and helpful. I hope to return.
A very nice room with a sea view. Beautiful sandy beach (swept and rolled to perfection) and glorious sea.
My only criticisms were that the bath towels were very small for a 5 star hotel, and that the restaurant food (buffet) whilst plentiful, was a bit short on seasoning or flavour. And who wants Nescafé for breakfast?
The hotel is large, with spacious rooms. You'll need to be prepared to walk from your room to the restaurant/reception area. There are several pools and plenty of beach chairs. This was my favorite hotel on my trip to Tunisia.
Breakfast is basic , as you find in other hotels less expensive hotels . Everything else is perfect

Need more care it's way below Radisson standards specially the restaurent , the breakfast was poor, no spoons to pick up your food on all plates , the server suggested to use the same spoon for different plates (weird) plastic material for the black pepper and salt

The food was ok, but it’s a shame they always have just one soup. Overall, the experience feels too dull. The indoor dining area lacks ambiance—aside from the sound of chairs scraping across the floor (they could really use chair leg protectors). The outdoor seating, while lovely in concept, is often too windy and accompanied by loud, nightclub-style music that doesn’t suit a fine dining atmosphere...
The Dar el Jeld is like visiting a fancy aunt's house. My Tunisian friend pointed out the vessels that her grandmother would have used to make rose water or store couscous and I noticed the inclusion of local plants (jasmine, prickly pear) in the decor. It was a delight for the senses and we would have stayed more than the two nights if the hotel wasn't already fully booked. The hotel van pick-up...

Borj Dhiafa fully lives up to its five-star rating. The property pairs Sfax’s historic “borj” fort-style stonework and mashrabiya latticework with polished business-class comforts.

Nice and big hotel, good for 1-2 night, the staff is friendly. The interior looks good, the pool also. One part of the hotel - rooms 300- has no elevator and internet is working around the reception, not in the rooms.
It was nice to have a large pool. We stayed in mid-September, but Tozeur is still hot in September, so it was great to be able to relax by the pool in the hottest part of the afternoon.
The dinner menu was a little lacking in variety, so I hope it could be improved a bit. However, September is the off-season in Tozeur, so perhaps that can't be helped.
The room was spacious and nice.
A very modern and comfortable hotel in the center of Tozeur, within walking distance of all the main sights. The evening buffet is plentiful and offers everything you could want, and it's reasonably priced for a hotel in this range. The breakfast buffet is also excellent.
Reserved staff, timid contact. The security service at the entrance was annoying and repetitive.
