Beach is absolutely stunning with crystal clear water at low tide. Staff are incredibly helpful and work really hard. Property a little dated but would still recommend.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the air circulation was quite poor, and the air conditioner didn’t work during my stay, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warm hours. Overall, it’s a nice place, but I wish the ventilation or AC worked better during this period.

I stayed one night in Sfax for a business trip, which was my first visit to the city. The hotel staff was helpful and promptly attended to my check-in. The food and drink were excellent. I will surely return if the opportunity arises.

This was my first time coming to Djerba and it will definitely not be my last. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, no request was too much for them. We only speak English however all the staff made sure that we understood everything and took their time to communicate with us and use Google translate if needed. Tui and loveholidays UK are disgraceful for making their customers go through such an ordeal. Unsafe, unhygienic. Banging noise at 1 in the morning. Let me start with the fact that if you are looking for an All inclusive holiday with delicious food, drinks and colorful cocktails, it is not in Tunisia. Opinions on this come from different people from other hotels. They all had similar experiences. It will be better if you eat outside the hotel.

I have visited this hotel 3 times and find the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. I would be going this year if flights had been available. Food has always been plentiful with something for everyone even our fussy kids. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Some peoples expectations are beyond belief and their wholly negative comments are unwarranted.

On arriving you go through gate security, entering to the reception area, you met by helpful staff, wore the resort hand band for recognition, all in all a great experience, but for a small exception and, that is, there are two cats roaming in the buffet area, which is a minus if you have cats phobia.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff at reception were very accommodating and the chefs were top notch. The food selection was good. The bar staff fantastic. I came for 1 week but wish I had booked for longer. I was given a room on the 2nd floor, which was hard for me due to health, after speaking with reception I was moved to a ground floor room the following morning, which was appreciated. We've stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was in 2019, when I booked a 10-night tour from Krasnodar. The second time, we booked a 2-night stay from Tunisia. We chose this hotel based on its location and price. It certainly won't give you a "wow" feeling. It's a budget 3-star hotel. Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward.

We came over to Tunisia from England and took a trip to the north and visited Tabarka. We had a great time staying here! We had 2 rooms - a double and a family room. Both rooms were immaculately clean and modern and the family room bathroom even had a jacuzzi bath! The location of Hotel Sidi Salem is the best in Bizerte. You can walk anywhere and the beach is amazing. A great hotel with excellent facilities. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and well catwred. Stopped off for coffee during a Tunis trip. Yes it’s a little old fashioned, and - as with lots of places here - indoor smoking, but we had a warm welcome. Coffee was best I’ve had on the trip. Nice staff; good service. Location is very good, main strip near markets.

Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.
