Had a great holiday here last year and came back again this year. It was even better. The animation team put on some very fun shows. All other staff very good. I love the fact it's on the beach but only a brisk walk to the historic centre of Sousse. I absolutely loved my room and the view.

This place should be 5 stars for everything. So near to beach. Everyone helpful. Rooms perfect, hotel good spec. Food amazing. Good for solo travelers like me. Nice beach Access with bar and beds and shades. Water beautiful and not cold in December!

The hotel is in a good location, with several restaurants at the door. The breakfast is OK. The facilities are a bit old, there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, so you need to prepare them yourself. The service is good. The swimming pool environment is very good

Pleasant Hotel, not the best views though

I've been going to this hotel for two years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but also attentive to their guests. The cleanliness is impeccable. We feel very safe, which is good because the airport is nearby.

Really lovely resort. Staff were nice espically resturant staff. There was a few fruit flies around though during the dinner and breakfast. The taxi the hotel ordered was double the price of the taxi we got to the hotel which seemed pretty wrong.

The only thing missing for a 5-star hotel is an indoor pool.

We really liked the hotel, but there were a few issues, such as the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room, the towels weren't always clean, and housekeeping wasn't regularly scheduled. However, the food was good and delicious! You should understand that the hotel is indeed very large, but it's undergoing partial renovation, so we got a truly new room!

What an amazing hotel so clean and tidy nothing is too much for the staff an amazing choice of food and 3 pools to choose from highly recommended and very well priced so good we are going back again next month definitely a 5 star hotel as advertised

A traditional old-school hotel with very interesting decoration. The whole hotel itself is like a tourist attraction, with ancient tones everywhere. The rooms are like independent portals. You will still get lost even if you stay here for two days. It is very cost-effective.

The hotel is an average hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms are large and roomy however the AC is very weak and does not cool the room adequately. The food is buffet style with bland food. The location is quite good, with only a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel is equipped with an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa. The hotel itself is very old and needs modernising.

We were very pleased with our stay. A good destination for a quality family time. They were also serving early breakfast for people who were fasting at 4am then open again for the usual breakfast time that starts from 7am to 10am.

I've stayed at The Houria Palace Hotel many times and cannot recoil highly enough. It's fantastic value for money for solo travellers, cpls and families alike It's currently undergoing sympathetic upgrades to the rooms. This hotel has everything for a great stay. Everything was OK, except the housekeeping. Our room was not entirely tided up for the entire stay, they never changed the sheets or cleaned the furniture.
