The atmosphere is good, the staff are pleasant, but there's a lot of theft!

The best location property in the city and the best value for the money.

Clean rooms, friendly service, complete facilities, including a small shop, game room, swimming pool, hammam, spa, daily dinner, beach access, and several beach activities such as ATV, horse riding, and beach volleyball. The food is all delicious! My favorites are their bambalouni and grilled fish. The Wi-Fi is very fast, the bathroom has a bathtub, and there is a heater in the room.

Clean room, good size. Good location.

Was alright for one night stay. My flight was severely delayed, but I had no issues checking in at 3:30am in the morning. Central and close to the market/souk. Wasn't sure if the towels were used or clean as they were not folded but hanged up. There is a local supermarket directly across the road which is useful.

The customer service very good and friendly stuff very cleaned shop taxi souk around the hotel.

On booking this hotel the information said that there was a vegan station at the buffet and vegan menus at the restaurants. If u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. Regarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent... sublime staff. Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par. I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc. Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.

Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this. They brought my cousin too! They all loved it 😍 The check in process takes time though, I wish it was more efficient. But overall, a great place to be.

The space is not bad I spent 2 nights the stuff friendly I forget my hair dryer there and when I come back they return it to me, the bathroom is clear but the room is not specially the bed they don’t change the bedcover, the breakfast is so normal the coffee is horrible. The hotel is near to the city that’s the only good thing and at least there is WiFi .

WiFi was not hood enough The place was good except few things like the TV wasn't working and the Internet Wi-Fi signal was not good inside the room unless if you’re in the corridor.

This hotel was a big surprise for me, 3 stars and yes possible correct, but the cleaning done in my room was 7 star. Every day, towels changed, bedsheets changed, floor washed, all around the room everything was cleaned. The Novotel is clean, dependable, quiet, and peaceful. The sheets always feel clean, the shower has good pressure and temperature, the breakfast is nice, and we always feel relaxed there.

The staff was so friendly! I felt extremely welcome and well cared for - from the spa to the gentlemen who picked me up at the airport. The rooftop gym, pool, and bar were also lovely!

Overall great Hotel - 2 priorities when you travel on business, WI-Fi and AC especially when 40 degrees outside. Menu dinner menu somewhat limited and hasn’t changed in 3 years. Burger wasn’t great, bread was stale. The Brique with Tuna was excellent.

However, the air circulation was quite poor, and the air conditioner didn’t work during my stay, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warm hours. This was my first time coming to Djerba and it will definitely not be my last. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, no request was too much for them. We only speak English however all the staff made sure that we understood everything and took their time to communicate with us and use Google translate if needed. I have visited this hotel 3 times and find the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. I would be going this year if flights had been available. Food has always been plentiful with something for everyone even our fussy kids. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily.
