The hotel could not find our booking - STRESSFUL! We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking. After time wasting communication via ********** app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience.

The location of the hotel is very good since you have all the amenities nearby the beach is not clean the pool is too crowded and is not so big the stuff were decent not so helpful the room was confortable not so clean though (the bath wasn't too clean) The food was okay but it was too hot in the restaurant, not much variation in the menu and too much Mouchs. I actually like the room although there is a lot of sacrifices like there is no TV or even sometimes the heating system stops working suddenly ( i were in winter ) and the reception was kind but don’t take care a lot about our complains but overall i like it compared to the price

I visited the hotel beach and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff. They are very warm and very helpful. The place is called Mermaid and the hotel offers a free shuttle I think. It also offers magnificent evenings.

The best location property in the city and the best value for the money.

It was a good stay, tasty food, nice pool, correct clean rooms, friendly staff but poor animation, burkini allowed, medium beach.

Good place definitely recommended, staff was helpful and professional very good customer service only complaint is that housekeeping staff was very rude and disrespectful.

We arrived for one night and stayed for four. This hotel is a gem. Its public spaces are beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. All rooms have a generous terrace. The hotel is large, with spacious rooms. You'll need to be prepared to walk from your room to the restaurant/reception area. There are several pools and plenty of beach chairs. This was my favorite hotel on my trip to Tunisia.
