I booked this holiday nearly a year ago.... we wanted somewhere different, not a common brit holiday destination.... the closer it got, the more I worried though.... almost paid extra to change destination and go somewhere more well known.... The food was very average. Rooms not very clean and the matress not firm.

The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

There was one problem here. We witnessed staff creating relationships with the guests through Facebook, telling them how poorly they are paid, getting into online relationships when the guests have left and then asking /begging for money. This hotel has everything for a great stay. Everything was OK, except the housekeeping. Our room was not entirely tided up for the entire stay, they never changed the sheets or cleaned the furniture. The last day the room was not cleaned at all and we even did not have towels. This is not acceptable for a 4star hotel.

The food is a four-star, varied and fresh, but there's not much fruit. The location is a four-star – the beach is close, but you have to walk or take the hotel shuttle along a dusty, trash-strewn road. It's at the very edge of the beach, so it's rocky and has lots of seaweed. But if you walk further, the beach is wonderful.

The hotel is a bit far from Sousse city center, which makes it very quiet. The beach outside the hotel is also less crowded than in the city center, which is a plus.
