The rooms were comfortable and well kept, with a nice view. Having Netflix on the TV was a great added bonus, especially when travelling with children.
Even though it was winter and the outdoor pools were closed, the indoor swimming pool was excellent and very convenient. The pools were heated, which made a big difference and allowed us to properly enjoy our stay despite the season.
The spa facilities were good, and the massage was very relaxing and great value for money. The gym was decent and had enough equipment for a good workout.
The service really stood out — staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was pretty decent with a good variety, and there was something for everyone.
For the price we paid, it was definitely great value for money. Overall, a lovely family getaway and a hotel we’d happily recommend, even in the off-season.
The food was fine, a little repetitive but absolutely fine and for what we paid the whole experience represents incredible value. The lady waitress who looked after us most of the time was excellent, friendly and efficient. A final mention to the spa- the lady on reception is very knowledgeable and assessed me for suitability of a particular massage and monitored me throughout the week for improvement. My massage therapist- I think her name was Noor was also excellent.
