Service is not good. Food not good.

Today there was an African diplomatic cultural event at the hotel all about celebrating international cultures 🌍✨ It was nice, we had a little fun and enjoyed the vibe. Overall, just a normal hotel experience.

Can't grumble for a 3 star hotel. Was welcomed with a 10pm arrival with basic food and drinks in the dining hall. Best ever holiday. We loved it that much we weren't even back a week before booking up for next year's holiday. Great hotel, great entertainment, great food and amazing service from all of the staff. The staff go above and beyond to help.

I would like to say few words to management. There was one lifeguard that was amazing. His name was MOUHAMED AZIZ BEJEOUI and he was the best man. He was carful with kids, kind, funny and more. He absolutly desered bonus for a good work.

The hotel is well-located, but the staff was unpleasant. At the reception, they scammed us out of 200 euros, claiming it was for Tunisian residents (even though we are Tunisians living in Tunisia). This stay was a chaotic mess: the website was down, staff were clueless about their own protocols (even barging into the room at 4 PM), and room service breakfast was completely different from the photos—or simply never arrived. The hotel has been renovated, the room facilities have been improved, and it is very clean. The outdoor environment is so good, I just want to stay by the pool and do nothing. Breakfast is also very rich. The beach is right out the back door.

Big Resort was a ghost town. Staff are not proactive in their services. Yes they greet you but that's about it. Water from tap was brown on my first day. No tooth paste and brush. No room slippers. No robes.

We stayed here in early June, and I'm not sure if it's out-of-season or not, but the resort was rather empty, dull, and boring. The beach wasn't really 'private', only part of the sand area is private, the water was, however, open to the public from the nearby beaches. Be careful when paying! Some receptionists aren't familiar with their own accounting. Even though the room rate was paid weeks in advance, they still charge you the same rate upon checkout! Be sure to bring proof of payment. I had lengthy arguments about this. Very annoying...

Everything about the hotel is great: the breakfast, the cleanliness, the amenities! The only thing that's lacking is the service. Although, perhaps that's because of the expectations. You have to wait a really long time for everything, and they might even forget about it. They apologize later, but they might screw up again anyway. Otherwise, everything is great!
