This stay was a chaotic mess: the website was down, staff were clueless about their own protocols (even barging into the room at 4 PM), and room service breakfast was completely different from the photos—or simply never arrived. The wife and I have recently returned from a 7 night stay here. Other than the very poor food and experience in the a la carte restaurant, we could not really find fault. Our room was spacious and clean, on the ground floor.
