If u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.

Regarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent... sublime staff. Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par. I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc. Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.

Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this. They brought my cousin too! They all loved it 😍 The check in process takes time though, I wish it was more efficient. But overall, a great place to be.

I had a pleasant stay at La Badira. The hotel is quiet and relaxing, ideal for unwinding. The breakfast is varied and of good quality, and the staff is professional and attentive. The Novotel is clean, dependable, quiet, and peaceful. The sheets always feel clean, the shower has good pressure and temperature, the breakfast is nice, and we always feel relaxed there.

The staff was so friendly! I felt extremely welcome and well cared for - from the spa to the gentlemen who picked me up at the airport. The rooftop gym, pool, and bar were also lovely!

Starting by the check-in, Mohamed, the responsible of the night shift, was extremely helpful! Offering me as well a room upgrade! The room was fine, the other staff, especially on the front desk, were all helpful! The breakfast is fine, but i didn't understand why is 70% of it is for the sweets!

Overall great Hotel - 2 priorities when you travel on business, WI-Fi and AC especially when 40 degrees outside. Menu dinner menu somewhat limited and hasn’t changed in 3 years. Burger wasn’t great, bread was stale. The Brique with Tuna was excellent.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms. The beds are not too comfortable if you prefer a softer matress. Quiet atmosphere and easy to get a taxi from this location.

Beach is absolutely stunning with crystal clear water at low tide. Staff are incredibly helpful and work really hard. Property a little dated but would still recommend.

This was my first time coming to Djerba and it will definitely not be my last. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, no request was too much for them. We only speak English however all the staff made sure that we understood everything and took their time to communicate with us and use Google translate if needed. Tui and loveholidays UK are disgraceful for making their customers go through such an ordeal. Unsafe, unhygienic. Banging noise at 1 in the morning. I have visited this hotel 3 times and find the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. I would be going this year if flights had been available. Food has always been plentiful with something for everyone even our fussy kids. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Some peoples expectations are beyond belief and their wholly negative comments are unwarranted.

On arriving you go through gate security, entering to the reception area, you met by helpful staff, wore the resort hand band for recognition, all in all a great experience, but for a small exception and, that is, there are two cats roaming in the buffet area, which is a minus if you have cats phobia.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff at reception were very accommodating and the chefs were top notch. The food selection was good. The bar staff fantastic. I came for 1 week but wish I had booked for longer. I was given a room on the 2nd floor, which was hard for me due to health, after speaking with reception I was moved to a ground floor room the following morning, which was appreciated. We've stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was in 2019, when I booked a 10-night tour from Krasnodar. The second time, we booked a 2-night stay from Tunisia. Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward.
