We were very pleased with our stay. A good destination for a quality family time. They were also serving early breakfast for people who were fasting at 4am then open again for the usual breakfast time that starts from 7am to 10am.

We greatly appreciated this hotel for its service, the professionalism of the staff, and its location.

The major strength of this luxury hotel is its friendly, kind, and professional staff, right from the moment you arrive at the entrance gates. Thank you all for making these few days a truly relaxing break. A special mention to Zied at reception! 👌👌👌

The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate. I've stayed at The Houria Palace Hotel many times and cannot recoil highly enough. It's fantastic value for money for solo travellers, cpls and families alike It's currently undergoing sympathetic upgrades to the rooms. I visited Samira Club in August 2025. It was one of the best experiences I had. It says 3 stars, but in fact the services Samira Club provided is 5 stars. I rated this 4 not 5 because the room was smaller than I would expect, there was no surface to put your toiletries on in the bathroom and the toiletries supplied were minimal. The property is beautiful and many areas for entertainment as well as peaceful. Breakfast is free but limited variety compared to other beach hotels. Bed was wonderful, cleaning was perfect. Costs for drinks, including water, was the highest I ever paid in any hotel. No shuttle, all walking distances if you want outside of the hotel gates. Otherwise staff was excellent.

Lots of families stay here with EasyJet/Jet2 package holidays. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Service at the buffet wasn't as great as other hotels (e.g. we regularly served drinks for ourselves). Food was ok. Would say it's more of a budget 3* experience.

I asked for milk for my tea, and they told me to wait a minute. They then went to get the milk, returned after thirty minutes, and gave me an excuse, saying that they didn't usually stock up on tea.

A decent hotel in at the end of old town markets. Good value for money and breakfast will get you by. I wish the TV had a few more channels for evening wind down, but not a dealbreaker. Would stay again.

Today there was an African diplomatic cultural event at the hotel all about celebrating international cultures 🌍✨ It was nice, we had a little fun and enjoyed the vibe. Overall, just a normal hotel experience.

The location is excellent, just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport. The rooms are a great size and very clean.
