The service is very pleasant. The sheets, mattress, and pillows are very old and uncomfortable. The food is very basic, almost every day. The menu is the same. The reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Topical resort of Djerba. There is a room for improvement in cleanliness of the common areas and the reclining chairs by the pool needs replacement. The food is honest and there a lot of different options. My biggest complaint is about the noise. They keep the parties going after 23:00hs with a very loud music. Sometimes it was impossible to sleep. If you are looking for a quiet place, avoid this one

It's close to the airport, making it quite convenient for getting around. The name is easy to remember (surprisingly, this is a plus? I don't speak the language, but it seems many people know it, including taxi drivers, so...), and the staff are friendly. There are several embassies nearby, so the area should be relatively safe. The breakfast is good, the location is easy to find, and the environment is good. When you leave the hotel gate, go straight for more than 400 meters. There is a large local supermarket, Tunisia Mall. Shopping is convenient. Slippers are not provided in the hotel, and disposable toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, you need to bring your own.

I would like to say few words to management. There was one lifeguard that was amazing. His name was MOUHAMED AZIZ BEJEOUI and he was the best man. He was carful with kids, kind, funny and more. He absolutly desered bonus for a good work.

The hotel could not find our booking - STRESSFUL! We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking. After time wasting communication via ********** app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience.

The location of the hotel is very good since you have all the amenities nearby the beach is not clean the pool is too crowded and is not so big the stuff were decent not so helpful the room was confortable not so clean though (the bath wasn't too clean) The food was okay but it was too hot in the restaurant, not much variation in the menu and too much Mouchs. We arrived for one night and stayed for four. This hotel is a gem. Its public spaces are beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. All rooms have a generous terrace. My only criticisms were that the bath towels were very small for a 5 star hotel, and that the restaurant food (buffet) whilst plentiful, was a bit short on seasoning or flavour. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the tourist area, which is acceptable. The room size and cleanliness are acceptable. I was hesitant to use the hairdryer. The bathroom does not provide basic shower gel, shampoo, or even hand soap or hand sanitizer, so you need to bring your own. The staff are friendly, the decor is beautiful, and breakfast is basic.

WiFi is terrible, and non existence, never connected during stay. If you need Internet for work then this not a good place. Good hotel and very close to the beach.
