The hotel is ok, as a guide, I am not complaining, but two members of the group did. The pool is ok, surrounded by palm trees. Restaurant full, I didn't appreciated the smell inside. Rooms are spacious, average. No water in the room, no glasses!

Tozeur is a city in the Gobi Desert. Outside the hotel is a yellow area, and the green ones are coconut trees. You can imagine the environment. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool. The environment is good and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town. There are many people watching football in the lobby bar of the hotel at night, and the atmosphere is very good.

I had a really good experience at Hotel Itropika Beach. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I’ve been coming here for 3 years, and every time it feels just as welcoming and enjoyable. Perfect place for a family stay.

The middle aged man who served us breakfast very early on Nov. 10 was excellent. So thoughtful and wonderful in serving. On the negative side, the sheets were too small - you ended up sleeping on the mattress (not enough sheet to tuck them in well. It would be wonderful with a chair in the room, not just a stool. Clean and of course, an amazing view of the sea.

The hotel is located right by the sea, only 15 minutes walk to the town centre and train station. Breakfast buffet with great hot coffee and nice light dinner in the restaurant available, also with wine or beer. The hotel is newly renovated and rooms are fresh and clean. Me and my partner stayed here for a couple of nights to meet up with friends. The hotel is lovely and clean. The exterior pictures don't reflect reality; it looks very dated, and there's not enough parking. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious enough and clean. The staff are very polite.

Hello I am going to give you my personal opinion in relation to what I have seen and experienced in this hotel it is not 4 stars sincerely I was taken in when I arrived I find no swimming pool neither indoors nor outdoors it is disappointing and the hearty breakfast it looks like the canteen of my old faculty in short it's just apartments for rent so no luxury

great, but still they have to work a bit in order to do the hotel worth 4 stars. The coach, the chicken, the bathroom ... don't meet for sure 4* criteria. But for this price is a good hotel.

We had a great holiday even if the weather was hit and miss, the rooms were big, food fantastic, plenty of variety. I have to say all staff here were very friendly and did there job very well, I have to thank the entertainment guy (sorry I forgot your name) who danced with me on occasions and got every body up dancing even if they were rubbish at it, thanks you, you made the holiday memorable x

After reading the reviews I almost feel I stayed in a different older hotel. What I found was: - Room old and in need of maintenance - Plug in the bath would not release, kept turning the device and plug not coming up. Mould on ceiling. - Safe locked and not openable. - No kettle etc

Look everything is fine but room are very old, and very far from elevator, quality of food really wasnt satisfactory, remaining things are good.

It was an amazing experience! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are polite and friendly, and the welcoming atmosphere makes sure that both young and old can truly enjoy their time there. The animation team is the best I’ve seen in years — their sketches and dances are creative, well thought out, and performed with real dedication.

What an animation team, Yaseen, Bob, Haseen, Ali, Malek, Mario, Timo and the rest who I can't remember but what a wonderful welcoming team. Only Scottish in the place but didn't stop us getting a shout out each night as nations where called out.
