A great hotel with excellent facilities. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and well catwred. The middle aged man who served us breakfast very early on Nov. 10 was excellent. So thoughtful and wonderful in serving. Hello I am going to give you my personal opinion in relation to what I have seen and experienced in this hotel it is not 4 stars sincerely I was taken in when I arrived I find no swimming pool neither indoors nor outdoors it is disappointing and the hearty breakfast it looks like the canteen of my old faculty in short it's just apartments for rent so no luxury

After reading the reviews I almost feel I stayed in a different older hotel. What I found was: - Room old and in need of maintenance - Plug in the bath would not release, kept turning the device and plug not coming up. Mould on ceiling. - Safe locked and not openable. - No kettle etc
