I stayed at Sensitive Premium Hotel for 7 days in September and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and honestly surpasses other hotels I’ve visited in Antalya, even those with higher ratings on Google.

The evening entertainment was fun and different every day, which kept things exciting. The food quality is outstanding: a buffet with a strong focus on authentic Turkish cuisine, full of variety and delicious dishes prepared with great care. Even when we were full, we couldn’t resist tasting more. The à la carte restaurants are a step above, with excellent service. Despite the number of guests, the restaurant team kept everything running smoothly.

The bar service was also excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Haci for his creative cocktails like the “Special One” — truly impressive — and his welcoming smile. Also, Mr. Murat deserves recognition for his energy and positive spirit throughout the day, managing everything with great professionalism.

The hotel welcomes a diverse clientele (families and couples) and still remains peaceful at night, despite lively activities during the day.

Overall, this hotel offers an excellent value for money. I sincerely thank the Sensitive Premium team for making these holidays unforgettable, and I would not hesitate to return!

I’m very disappointed with my stay, especially considering this is advertised as a 5-star hotel.
Our first room had a blood stain on the curtain and the toilet would not flush properly. We requested a room change, and while the toilet worked in the second room, new issues appeared.

The bed had random hair on it (we did not lied on the bed yet) and there was a hole in the bedding. We asked housekeeping to change the bedsheets for both beds, but they only changed one and left the other untouched. By the way, the new bedsheet was mouldy. I suspect they just don’t have a clean bedsheet. The pillow was stained as well.

After multiple issues and poor follow-up, I gave up trying to communicate further.

Later, I also realized that hotel slippers were not provided, which is basic for a hotel of this standard.

Overall, the cleanliness and service were far below expectations for a 5-star hotel. This stay was frustrating and disappointing.

I stayed here for a friend’s birthday and overall we had a good experience. The hotel is very clean, nicely presented, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We visited during the off-peak season, so not everything was available as advertised, and some facilities and activities were limited. This did reduce the overall experience slightly, but we still enjoyed our time here.

It is a lovely hotel with great staff, and it is worth keeping in mind that visiting off-peak means some things may not be fully running.

I spent a week at this hotel, and it's really hard to find a single negative. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful and smiling, making you feel at ease immediately. The room was spacious, elegant, and spotlessly cleaned every day. The pool and wellness area are a real treat – the perfect place to unwind. I also used the spa, and honestly, I haven't had such a good time in a long time. The food? Fantastic. The breakfast buffet was so varied that I tried something different every day, and dinner in the restaurant was a pure pleasure. What I liked most was that, despite the luxurious surroundings, there was a very friendly atmosphere – nowhere felt overly stuffy. The entire stay was a great experience, and I already know I'll be happy to return.

It is a lovely hotel but maybe not 5 star, the rooms are large and comfortable and we just had a basic room. The food is plentiful and varied and good for all inclusive. The staff are very hard working and pleasant which must be hard as some of the guest were rude and miserable. We chatted and smiled at them and they were lovely. The spa is amazing we went for a Turkish bath, spa and message and 2 further massages with Ferit and Emie and they were both amazing and we would highly recommend a visit(sorry if I have spelt your names wrong)

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and I really enjoyed my time there. There was a good variety for the food they served, and the animation team were doing their best. The staff were definitely helpful although at times they were not around. The room was spacious and big for one person, and the bed was quiet comfortable.

The only downsides were: The language barrier, (Which was not that big of a deal once you picked up some Turkish words, would be a good practice as guests in Turkiye) the distance, (Which isn't all too bad if you plan to stay in the hotel only) and disco being closed.

Overall, thanks to the management team and I know they will do their best to provide a great experience for all the guests!

The reception staff is rude. The food is bad, cold, greasy, there is no meat except for the chicken but the bones. The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. It is far from the city, so it needs more content or better animation .

Never coming to this hotel again, total disappointment.

The place looks flashy but once you take a second look there is a lot of cost cutting.
The room was filthy, coffee stains on the table and the heat didn’t work. The food in the restaurant is terrible. The staff is rude and almost exclusively don’t speak english, it’s a challenge to order at the bar. Weak wifi and there is no room services, which you should expect from a 5 star hotel. The water in the bathroom constantly changed temperature from cold to hot, without moving the stick. The minibar is empty.
I was with a travel agency, and i am comparing to the other hotel i stayed in Turkey, which was again 5 stars, the same price but without any of these problems.

Absolutely not worth the money in my opinion. I have stayed in 3 stars hotels with better accommodation. Find another hotel, there are far better deals.

The hotel is very family friendly and nice, the food is very good. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the location do not allow to do anything by walking distance. Within the hotel there are not many sports activities possible so you should prepare for beach and pool swimming.

I gave 3 stars because there were certain features that the resort held very high, such as the food and the pool which were exceptionally good. But at the same time me and my friends decided to book our holidays here because of the image that the resort has created online and when we were here it was straight dissapointing. There is no party, no international atmosphere and no feeling at all. There is only a traditional/popular music show at the said "disco" in the evening and around 11 pm it ends and everyone just goes to sleep. The pool bar is beyond inedible with weird food and plastic chairs and tables. I don't understand where the 5 stars next to the name of the resort come from. Or we just owe this distorted and unreal image to the deceiving marketing meanings very used these days.
