Close to the grand mosque and grand bazaar. Staff was really nice and helpful. My rooms was upgraded with affordable additional payment and the staff was arranging me a car to another city (Sayef). Lovely.

A very clean , spacious,and comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful, we stayed for 2 nights in room 203 ,it was amazing, everything is available in the room and the bathroom. The hotel is in the center if the old city ,so you can walk to visit all the touristic places .

Convenient location, near the Bursa Grand Mosque and main bazaar. Lots of restaurants options and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was good. Only downside is room being a bit too small and the soundproof is bad. Someone next door was partying until midnight one of the nights and it was quite loud. Luckily I didn’t sleep too early and they stopped before 1am.

The receptionist can speak well english so easy to communicate. She even help us to call uludag ski center to confirm the operating times and service. The room has all the basic necessities but the bathroom is very dirty. Other than that, everything is ok

Check in was a very simple and easy process. The main staff member was very welcoming, kind and helpful. Parking was available and easy to arrange. Breakfast was a simple but large selection. There was readymade tea and coffee was available 24/7.

We preferred it for a one-day Bursa tour. Although the hotel is not within walking distance to touristic areas, it is very close by car. We visited Kaya Uludağ Hotel with our family for a winter holiday and had a wonderful experience. The service quality was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay. The ski slopes were also very good and well maintained. Overall, it was a great holiday and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Kaya Uludag for 3 days with my wife. It was simply tremendous. We had our best ski holiday experience after going for ski holidays almost all around the world. A great place for friends to go out, and you can even cook. Mert was very friendly and welcoming.

We needed to visit Bursa, and when searching for a hotel, price and service were important to us. That's why we chose this hotel. Hotel well located but lacks cooking equipment

Area is convenient if you have car since its easy to park, their response on ******* is also fast.. room condition is average as the beds feels like you are shrinking, the sofa also almost felt like its breaking into two. Washing machine did not dry the clothes so I had to bring the wet ones as we drive back to Istanbul.

The price is amazing for a 2 bedroom apartment, although the layout is pretty weird, the space is enough for 4 person. The reception is friendly and parking is provided. There is a working kitchen that you can use, and nearby grocery store is within walking distance.
