Menu quite ok

Close to the grand mosque and grand bazaar. Staff was really nice and helpful. My rooms was upgraded with affordable additional payment and the staff was arranging me a car to another city (Sayef). Lovely.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )): 

Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han.
The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk.

We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast. 

Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus. 

Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel 
when visiting Bursa.

A very clean , spacious,and comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful, we stayed for 2 nights in room 203 ,it was amazing, everything is available in the room and the bathroom. The hotel is in the center if the old city ,so you can walk to visit all the touristic places .

Highly recommended! I really enjoyed my stay, supported by friendly staff. Big thanks to Seif who had helped a lot during my stay. Definitely will come back.

We missed lights in the room. There were only lights in the bathroom and hallway.
Noisy air condition.

Clean and hygienic enough, The room is a bit small and cramped. But the best feature of the room is that there is a prayer rug in the room, this erases all the negativities
