Good property overall but awkward location on highway, connected to old town and main bus Terminal via T2 tramway within walking distance. Most staff are amazing with a couple of weird exceptions

Ideal location in the old town. On the way to the hotel, immediately go to the parking lot. The hotel will give you a ticket for free exit. The famous Iskander kebab cafe is a 3-minute walk away

The TV remote control probably ran out of battery and didn't work. However, the location was good. The parking lot might be a little difficult for those who aren't good at driving. Overall, I was satisfied.

Located in the heart of downtown with a parking ramp! The rooms were quiet and nice. Nothing too fancy but clean. The front desk spoke English. Breakfast provided was simple but good.

The aircond wasn’t working it was more of heater. We had to open the window throughout the night. We we assigned to smoking room and couldn’t stand the smell of the room. Though I am sure they have non-smoking room.

Hotel is pretty new and that's is reason it's clean. Street parking, elevator not working, very difficult for me since I have knee problems.

Everything was great, however the room size is quite smaller than I thought. Other than that I enjoyed how close everything is to the hotel.

For those who is looking for relaxation its not recommended as there is bar and very noisy at night. The cleannesses is area of improvement specially restaurant items. Also the breakfast options are limited

It was arranged by our tour agency. Suprisingly, it is clean and comfy. The food prepared mostly met our taste preference. My most preferred dishes are the yogurt based salad and egg plant dishes
