I'm an Asian student here and when I passed by this hotel, one old worker racist against me unfortunately. You're dealing with foreigners. But I can't believe you did such an uneducated thing.

Not as good as in the past
Perfect location, perfect breakfast BUT a) they never answered an email of mine, asking for help with car rental, b) wifi and internet didn't work for 2 whole days, they said it was my phone problem (which, by the way was working perfectly even in the buses from and to İstanbul), c) no room service during the only day we needed it, i.e. Saturday and d) the main lamp of the room broke the 2nd day, I didn't bother asking them to look at it. Very different from other past stays of mine there, not worth it's price.

The hotel was very central. It is close to the tram station and taxi rank. Shops are within walking distance and getting anywhere is very easy and convenient. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely a hotel I will return to and recommend.

Morning 7:03 am, WiFi weak internet slow, my gaming laptop shoot online lagging long, my iPhone Instagram upload slow, bad internet download slow ( more +100 kb )in hotel. I see good friendly cool mates, I’m very serious, hotel not internet 5G turbo, the manager bad idea 👎, I like classic rooms, I’m bored tv channel nation 2k black screen not connect satellite, I can’t watch American movies. Thank you

Very nice staff, excellent location, parking, breakfast, has lift, plenty restorant cafe and shops around. Trading mall.

From check in to check out a wonderful experience. Staff were very friendly and warm. It was truly a pleasure to be a guest there.
Reception spoke very good English and many of the staff knew enough to make it easy to communicate. Rooms were cleaned daily or upon request.
The room itself was cozy with and contained soap, shampoo and body wash in eco-friendly refillable dispensers. There was also a single use toothbrush as well as sewing kit and shoe cleaner. The bed was comfortable and linens adequate. My only slight critique is the internet could be extremely slow which can cause a problem if you're working while traveling.
Breakfast was served cafeteria style because of COVID-19 safety measures. A selection of sausage, cheese, fresh fruits and bread were offered as well as çay and coffee.
The location is close to the metro so once you secure a BursaKart (you can get one from the metro station close by) you can use the bus to get closer to the tourist attractions. If you opt to walk, as I did, bring your good walking shoes.
