Where to stay with pets in Bursa

When i arrived the lady so friendly, but during the night they change front desk staff different lady with curly hair , she was not friendly, i dont like it

Good location. There are no hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning, which is unacceptable in summer!

The room is big, but the light is a bit dim and you can't see clearly. The bed sheets may not be changed often. There are 2 parking spaces. It is in the city center. The owner of the B&B is willing to help.

Very strategic, the room is quite spacious, the Mustapa hotel clerk or maybe the hotel owner is very kind ... cheap for the price I paid😊🙏

BUDGET HOTEL AROUND BURSA, FOR ME IT'S OK TO JUST WALK AROUND BURSA MARKET

Personally after scouting for 2 days I think it’s located the best out of all the hotels. I’m not sure about the other side of the mountain but definitely on my side it has the best location

Location is perfect and close to the chairlifts. Quite a small hotel but quite ok to stay here and convenient. The staff are nice, especially the doorman.

Stayed there for a few days, the food was amazing and the bedrooms had a great view of the ski slopes. The staff were very friendly and understanding especially Mr Gulkan for his constant help throughout our stay there.

Hotel room had everything we need and all the staff were friendly and hospitable. Gulkan especially was helpful who went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Trip was amazing rooms a bit to small. But service was impeccable. Special thanks to Gülkan and the kayak crew.

Second room was like a loft, a little better but still rather sad looking and again, the bathroom really smelled. We nonetheless tried to make do with it till we were disturbed by the water sound coming from the heater

Great hotel for one night stay in lovely Bursa

Basic room, staff were nice but little English spoken. When we couldn't find a bar to watch the world cup qualifying match they happily let us watch it in the reception! Thank you.

Mattress was a bit too soft, and pillows smelled of cigarettes. Room had good air conditioning, a television, an alright bathroom. Staff spoke very limited English, but were friendly and helpful

It was a 10 minute walk to get to any restaurants/cafes

The room walls had been renovated. The room furnishings looked old but were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good and tasty, but soft drinks were included for a fee :(, only tea and coffee are free

There's a lot of noise coming from the corridor to the room. This needs to be addressed (covering the floors with carpet or something else would be a solution). Overall, it was an enjoyable holiday

The hotel has recently changed hands, so the rooms have been renovated. However, it's an old hotel, with an authentic mountain hotel feel. First of all, everything was clean, the bathroom had been recently renovated

If you'd like some constructive criticism: The bed isn't very comfortable, it could be replaced. The valve and hose under the bathroom sink are visible, and a suitable bathroom concealment could be installed

The location of this Hotel is great. You are right at front of Skii Resort & Chair lifts and good restaurant nearby. Staff was helpful. Rooms are clean. Overall it's a great choice. 3 Yeses 👍 👍 👍

Enjoyed snow falling and a lunch there a nice spacious terrace but was not in use due to rain and snowing

Service is excellent, food is average to a 4 star hotel, but had some nice pancake according to my son. Reception were really helpful and nice. I would love to come back again in winter

However it's pricey consider to Turkey hotels, also one day they kind of clean half of the room and left dirty cups um not sure why

Very nice and clean, 10 min walk to the metro station. Not exactly in the center of the city if you want to hangout, I liked it though.

A budget-oriented place to stay , some maintenance need to be done to be a great place for visitors. Breakfast buffet has a variety of food and restaurant lounge is spacious

the hotel is clean but the AC was very bad. the room was surrounded with glass and the AC unit is week. which makes the room very warm and hot in the morning time

it was a pleasant 1 night stay but I will not come back to this hotel. Add to this it's very far from city centre

The owner, Taner, went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. A suggestion is that a bar fridge and an electric kettle with complementary tea/coffee be placed in each room

Affordable low budget clean place to stay in the city center. Staff is very friendly and they speak English.

I really recommend this place. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Rooms are clean and have kettles so you can make yourself an evening tea. Hotel is very nicely located, staff is great and the price is reasonable

The rooms are a bit outdated but it’s worth for the price. In fact, for the price we got such a large room so it was all worth it. All in all, amazing service and the thermal water is excellent! We also had a massage

The staff could be better trained and communicate better. They might jump onto the elevator before you, then turn their backs before you. They might sit nearby, staring at their phones

It was a 2-day stay with my family for a weekend thermal holiday. It was a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful.

The fact that women are allowed to enter the pool without a swimming cap, the lack of oversight regarding showering or bathing beforehand, and the lack of rules raise concerns about hygiene

The staff were sweet rooms were clean building is new the reception was very helpful specially the night shift lady I enjoyed it very much and I will repeat the stay There are a few nearby facilities in the same building such as a big supermarket a gym and few restaurant

Maybe its a bit small . But for sure its a very cozy place , clean and cheap. People working there are nice. I highly recommend Trio if you want a place to stay for couple of days , or as a stop point for rest.

The area and location has everything, variety of coffee shops and supermarkets covering your needs and all stay up late that usual! All on all I highly recommend this place and the stay was 10/10, worth it big time!

I stayed one night in this place. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The location is amazing; you are just next to all the pubs, restaurants and coffee shops

It can be a bit noisy since the hotel is very close to the main road, but the bed is extremely comfortable — and for me, that’s what matters most

The price is amazing for a 2 bedroom apartment, although the layout is pretty weird, the space is enough for 4 person. The reception is friendly and parking is provided

The apartment was spaciousand well equipped,not very far from the center yet you must have a car or use taxi service..The only negative point was the Wi Fi the signal was very weak..

Everything we needed was provided and everything worked in the bathroom (although the bathroom was the type where the whole floor gets wet when you shower. ) Lena Flats is good value for money
