Gonluferah Thermal Hotel in Bursa

I I went to the hotel for the spa, unfortunately, for the first time in my life, they accused me of inappropriate behavior, especially the spa manager made very rude comments to me, she was a manager who lacked manners
It didn't suit such a decent hotel at all.

I'm writing this comment while staying in the hotel for the last day. My experience in this hotel for the past three days was so bad. Started when I arrived at the hotel, and I was pushed to the old building because I was informed there was no room available while I had a reservation in the new building. After spending half-hour talking to them about that they suddenly found a room, and it was not cleaned well. I was not happy with the room, and they easily said you can cancel your reservation if you want!! They changed it on the second day.
The second issue was about room service was so bad I ordered chargeable bottles of water, and they never brought them to me I went to pick them up from the front desk after 45 minutes. The third issue was the internet it was not working well for three days it kept disconnecting. The fourth issue was when l left the room for them to clean it, and came back after 9 hours to find my room door was not closed!! Thank GOD nothing was stolen from my stuff. This hotel easily can drop to three stars based on my experience. The only thing that I liked about the hotel was the location and that is it.
