The location is central, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good

The hotel staff, location, and service were excellent. The rooms were clean and the view was beautiful. I asked the valet to help me because I didn't want to give up my car keys. Thanks to Mr. Ercan, he helped me park another car there. The staff is friendly and does their job well.

I stayed at The Kervansaray Bursa hotel for two nights and it is hardly “something to write home about”. The hotel is located in a center area of Bursa, offering basic facilities with decent but unpleasantly decorated rooms. The meals are good. It is by no means a four stars hotel.

There's really not much comment worthy about this hotel. It was pretty non-descript and was a let down after other Turkish hotels. We were on an Insight tour when we stayed here and our guide assured us this was one of the very best hotels in Bursa. It did have a pool fed by underground hot springs. Please see my pictures for an accurate depiction of the room.

Purported to be a 5 star hotel. Not so! The whole hotel was uncomfortably hot with air conditioning apparently set high or not working at all. Rooms were clean but once again the air conditioning wasn't apparent and made it uncomfortable

The location was great with a fantastic view. There are many facilities inside including hairdresser, spa/swimming pool, ski rental room, restaurants, games rooms etc. There is also live music in evenings. Overall a great hotel. Dining staff had great service and paid good attention to our requests. Service technician, however had poor service standard. Our room had a window with a bad seal, requested for a technician to look into it, waited for 1 hour and nobody came. We went for dinner and nobody come to service even at night. The best part of the hotel is the location of the ski room and the lobby. There's no trace of the old Çelik Palas, but its location is a hamam, and the pleasure it brings to those who know it is meaningful. If you were to visit for the first time, you'd only give it two stars.

The hotel's interior is very dated but well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, fairly clean, and have comfortable beds. Hot water in the bathroom only works in the shower area; there's no hot water in the sink. The location is centrally located, close to shopping centers and several dining options.

The hotel's location is great, with a large mall just a five-minute walk away, making dining very convenient. However, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the shower drainage isn't very good, leading to water pooling. Breakfast is basic and doesn't offer much variety.

A very clean , spacious,and comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful, we stayed for 2 nights in room 203 ,it was amazing, everything is available in the room and the bathroom. The hotel is in the center if the old city ,so you can walk to visit all the touristic places .

The rooms are nice, clean, the staff is great, the breakfast is not bad, the hotel location is great, the only big problem is that the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere in my room at night, the air conditioner brings in the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms. That's why I gave a low comfort score.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, parking was available, and it was in the city center. We were very pleased.

The room was very good, and the price for a twin bed was the same as the standard price, so of course I booked a twin. There's a supermarket about 5 minutes away, and there are several food shops. There seems to be a supermarket on the first floor, but I didn't have time to go shopping.

Very very satisfied. Clean and tidy. Even a little bit luxurious. There is a free Turkish bath and spa (charged) on the basement floor. It is my favorite hotel in the entire Turkish bath. Turn right and take bus No. 96 to reach Bursa bus terminal. Turn left and take small bus No. 1c to reach the Grand Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The hotel is elegant and comfortable, and the price is not expensive.

When I get here rooms towels were old, mini fridge was not working and room was smelling bad. Then after I reported it they immediately took after everything and changed my room. All service personnel was eager to solve my problems, special thanks to manager Mr. Ugur.

This was one of the hotels we stayed in on our group tour of Turkey's historic sites. This was a good quality hotel all round. Our group evening set meal was excellent and the breakfast selection was good. The rooms were large and well equiped.

We only spent one night here because most of the hotels in the touristic area were booked for the weekend, so it is a little out of the way from the main sights (10 min walk, or short tram or taxi ride). I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Recently redecorated with all i needed. Over the time spent here the staff were very hospitable and made for a comfortable stay. Well done.

I booked a double room, but I didn't notice that it was for one person. I couldn't cancel it when I got to the hotel. It was worth paying an extra 100 yuan to stay. Located on a hillside, it's a decent, standard hotel, within walking distance of the castle and museum, and across the street from the ancient Roman ruins. It offers good value for money.

Great stay! Excellent location, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor is simple and modern. Cons: The bathroom is very cramped. The toilet is positioned so close to the mirror that you have to stand sideways to wash your face. Also, the shower screen is too small, so the floor gets wet after every shower.

Everything was up to par at this conveniently located hotel in Bursa. I enjoyed the friendly service and the cozy room with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A wonderful hotel in a quiet and green place. Clean, spacious room, lots of lamps, king size bed, coffee table, two armchairs, snow-white sheets. Half an hour to the city center (walk to the bus stop and take any bus). Cleaning every day. Nice people at the reception.
