Hotel Gold Majesty in Bursa

Our 8 night stay here has been amazing! The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and shopping centre.
The hotel staff were sensational, always checking in to see if we needed anything.
Special thanks to İlham and Mary who were so lovely and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and happy.
I would love to come back with my whole family some day.

The hotel's interior is very dated but well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, fairly clean, and have comfortable beds. Hot water in the bathroom only works in the shower area; there's no hot water in the sink.

The location is centrally located, close to shopping centers and several dining options.

Definitely worth recommending and clearly a 5-star standard. An amazing sense of hospitality from the very beginning starting with Kaan Bey at the reception and the outstanding service from Mary and the entire Guest Relations team. Thank you this is certainly not my last stay!

During our stay in Bursa, we stayed at the Gold Majesty Hotel for three nights. Initially, we had planned to stay for two nights, but we had to extend our stay by one more night because my sister experienced back pain.
We are truly grateful to Ms. Elham and Ms. Ayşe for their help and support, which made it possible for my sister to rest comfortably.
The only suggestion I would make is to review the room lighting, as the rooms are rather dim and could benefit from brighter, adjustable lighting to suit guests’ preferences.
According to hotel policy, breakfast is usually served only in the restaurant and not in the rooms. However, on the day my sister couldn’t go downstairs due to her back pain, the restaurant staff kindly made an exception and allowed me to bring her breakfast to the room.
Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends. With such a caring team, every guest is sure to have a pleasant and comfortable experience.

It is a very nice hotel. Only the air conditioning sound can be disturbing sometimes, other than that it was perfect.
