Where to stay in Bursa

We didn't have breakfast, parking was very easy, the room was clean and very comfortable.

This hotel wasn't particularly outstanding, but it was touching. We arrived around 2 AM that night. Parking was already quite difficult to find nearby. But after we circled the entrance for a moment, the receptionist came out and helped us find a parking spot, which was incredibly kind of him. I was also curious how he knew I had booked a room there.

Staff are friendly. The hotel is just average . Nothing to complain about it

Hotel is pretty new and that's is reason it's clean. Street parking, elevator not working, very difficult for me since I have knee problems.

Single room was great, very clean and with all amenities. Only things missing were shower slide doors. Service was superb. There was valet service and daily free breakfast delivered to room at 8 am or 10 am, your choice. Many restaurants and markets within walking distance.

Everything was great, however the room size is quite smaller than I thought. Other than that I enjoyed how close everything is to the hotel.

When I get here rooms towels were old, mini fridge was not working and room was smelling bad. Then after I reported it they immediately took after everything and changed my room. All service personnel was eager to solve my problems, special thanks to manager Mr. Ugur.

Went for a Haman visit with the family...as we had kids we had to book a private VIP room with a tiny mineral pool. All clean and plenty of towels were made available. In this hotel you feel like in a luxury hotel. All the staff including the hotel manager Mr. Kurtulus did their best to make our stay unforgettable. We also used the ZOE spa area with Turkish bath, scrub and massage. A wonderful experience! Overall we can recommend to anyone in Bursa a stay at this lovely traditional hotel (since 1890).

The hotel very clean and tidy not new but good. The staff are so friendly and cooperative and speaks English. They have very safe garage to park your car. The location is in center so, it is surrounded by all services, malls and restaurants also, you can take the mini bus from Kent medan which is 100 m a way if you want to visit cumalikizik or the Ottoman village and spend some time there.

Its a very spacious room. Close to metro and the best part is its literally beside 2 supermarkets! But the room does have a weird smell. Is it like a weird perfume?

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of all major attractions, and the surrounding environment is quite quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The facilities are basic, the mattresses are on the softer side, but the cleanliness is excellent. Having stayed one night in Bursa, I felt it was a good value for money.

Everything was perfect. We asked to change our room to one with a single large bed and there were no problems, nor were there any with the garage. The breakfast was good and varied.

Located in the city center, it's convenient for visiting attractions. Parking requires assistance from hotel staff. The rooms are small. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located nearby. We only spent one night here because most of the hotels in the touristic area were booked for the weekend, so it is a little out of the way from the main sights (10 min walk, or short tram or taxi ride). I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Recently redecorated with all i needed. Over the time spent here the staff were very hospitable and made for a comfortable stay. Well done.

I booked a double room, but I didn't notice that it was for one person. I couldn't cancel it when I got to the hotel. It was worth paying an extra 100 yuan to stay. I stayed one night in this place. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The location is amazing; you are just next to all the pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The best part is even though parties go all night you don’t hear anything in your room. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The staff is friendly.

Maybe its a bit small . But for sure its a very cozy place , clean and cheap. People working there are nice. I highly recommend Trio if you want a place to stay for couple of days , or as a stop point for rest.

For those who is looking for relaxation its not recommended as there is bar and very noisy at night. The cleannesses is area of improvement specially restaurant items. The Hotel is very Comfortable The rooms are not very big but clean and warm. the Person who is responsible for the Spa is very polite and kind and treat you with so much respect. I found it sad that's they don't speak English at the reception.

Hotel is located just opposite from Ulu Cami and Koza Han, which was our primary reason for visiting Bursa. The room is quite spacious, and we definitely appreciate the large King-size bed and elevator. All in all, the perfect place to rest after an exhausting trip down from Uludag mountain.

We visited Kaya Uludağ Hotel with our family for a winter holiday and had a wonderful experience. The service quality was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay. The ski slopes were also very good and well maintained. Overall, it was a great holiday and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Kaya Uludag for 3 days with my wife. It was simply tremendous. We had our best ski holiday experience after going for ski holidays almost all around the world. We were welcomed with a big smile. If you are into old hotels/houses, this might be for you but after staying here for one night, I read I prefer more practical and modern hotel rooms to old ones. Its good place for budget stay. Its between bursa main area and uludag mountain. Economical. Only have basic breakfast and no lunch and dinner. No lift in hotel so please ask at time of booking for lower floor room. But view is better on upper floors. Staff is excellent and very worm in dealing. The hotel was very central. It is close to the tram station and taxi rank. Shops are within walking distance and getting anywhere is very easy and convenient. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely a hotel I will return to and recommend.
