Club Paradiso Hotel & Resort in Alanya

Our stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. From the first day, we noticed serious issues. The rooms were dirty, with sticky floors and tiles so slippery that one of our friends actually had an accident — he slipped and fractured his elbow. Another friend got injured at the gym because part of the roof fell and hit his leg.

The food was extremely repetitive and low quality. Every day, the same dishes. It felt like we were eating leftovers on rotation.

As for the alcohol, what was served as vodka turned out to be the cheapest possible local substitute, only 37% and clearly not genuine. Soft drinks were also rationed — available only from 10:00 to 18:00. If someone wanted a Coke in the morning with breakfast, forget it.
One of the worst parts was the attitude of the hotel manager — a man with long hair. He was rude, dismissive, and absolutely not helpful with any issues. Instead of taking care of guests, he seemed more interested in chatting up single mothers.

Overall, this was not what we expected from a four-star hotel. Dirty rooms, unsafe conditions, fake alcohol, poor service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t come back.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. We have only returned and honestly we have never been more disappointed in our lives. The food in the hotel is un-eatable. There was literally nothing for our children to eat any evening. It was basically slops that they were serving up for the evening meal. The hotel itself and the pools were really good.But the food was beyond belief. How anyone could ever think this was right to serve up this food is beyond me. Spaghetti half cooked with no sauce just plain. Grilled turkey , which I almost broke my tooth on it was so burnt and hard. So so sad as this has really ruined our holiday , which we paid a lot of money for. I have seen other reviews where the hotel has come back and said it's seasonal food, etcetera, etc.And we do our best to provide a variey. This is not the case. You would receive better food in prison

Unfortunately i cant reply to your response which I appreciate but in terms of returning to your hotel which we always do return to a hotel we've stayed at abroad we won't be returning to club paradiso. It cost us a small fortune eating out most nights and its really sad as this was our first experience in turkey as we always travel to southern Cyprus. The whole holiday and returning to Turkey has been ruined due to our experience

5 Star hotel my ass been to airbnbs, 3 and 4 star hotels with miles better quality, hospitality and welcoming atmosphere.

Honestly don't even know where to start.. We booked 3 hotel rooms in this "5 star" hotel (must have gotten their stars from wish) when we got there and were given our rooms we got escorted to them and quickly realised something was a miss as we were walking away from the hotel and towards a villa that apparently they have on the edge of the property. I'll leave the description of the rooms in their section. We went back to reception to complain about the rooms and request new rooms as these were not acceptable for us. We had to speak with 5 different people about this issue as it seems no one can speak english well enough to hold a conversation. After a good 20min of back and forth we were told ok we can get new rooms but once again they sent us to the villa again so back we went to teld them we booked hotel rooms not rooms in a villa. We managed to finally get our point accross and were told they would have rooms the next day to please wait for 12pm next day and return, and so we did.. and... we were told to wait as the rooms were not ready yet. What was an already sour mood for the beginning of what was supposed to be very enjoyable holidays continued to worsen. Anyways after a lot of back and forth and a lot of waiting we finally got our new rooms.

I genuinely need to think hard about good points from this trip which is a shame because its our second time in Turkey and the first time was absolutely fantastic. This one makes me not want to return.

We went to this hotel in the beginning of August.They sold it as a 5 stars hotel.When we arrived they put us in a small apartment,the air-conditioning was broken ,the window was broken.We went to the reception to complain about the situation, they looked like upset and were trying to say it's a 5 stars standard room......was a small apartment by the hotel....after the receptionist girl said next day we can have another room,so next day we went back and they wanted to put us in the same kind of apartment. We went again to the reception, and told them we paid for 5 starswa hotel room,not an apartment. So it went to a kind of argument but finally offer a room in a hotel....from next day....so we spent first 2 night in a very hot room couldn't sleep anything....10 days holidays minus 2 days straight in the beginning...was very nice..
Then we got the room..
It was more or less ok...far from 5 stars anyway...
The food in the hotel the best rate max 3 stars...always the same and not many choice.
Cleaners didn't do anything else just change bed and towels,didn't replace toilet papers didn't clean terrace, not even the floor...
The hotel is located about 20 min walk from the sea,they have bus service to the beach and to the city.This hotel far from everything. And another nice thing from 5 stars hotel,to ask costumers to pay for safe locker,and pay for wifi.
Honestly the all inclusive in this hotel only the food and drink...nothing else...they charge 2 € for irange juice very strange because I have experience about hotels,I visited more hotels but never seen something like this..this was my second time to visit Turkey,the first was beautiful and perfect in a 4 stars hotel,that's why decided to come back.
It was very disappointing the whole holiday.And then when we left they didn't say anything in the reception, not even sorry for inconvenience, nothing...I love Turkey it's a beautiful country,definitely will go back
I DONT LIKE COMPLAIN,IM NOT A PICKY PERSON but this experience was crazy....
