We booked last minute and couldn’t have been happier!
Staff:
Ewa at reception and Alejandro were incredible — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. They made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Food & Drinks:
Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails.
Rooms & Facilities:
Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids.
Location & Transport:
Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended.

Edit: replying to answer of you, this issue appeared 2 nights from three we are staying here, and this night emergency siren worked not less than 15 minutes without stopping around 10pm. Las night it was 6am, 7am, 9am. As for other complaints it was 4 more people on reception with us trying to explaing you that it is not normal and also 10 people in the lobby who thought it’s a real fire
Buffet - you will find something for everyone, a lot of choices whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they also have a snack bar by the pool where you can order food if you get hungry in-between buffet opening hours. Amazing food, there was nothing we didn't like.
Cleaners- our room was always clean tidy and fully equipped.
The pool staff- very friendly.
Bar staff- amazing, friendly and very bubbly, definitely made our holiday better.
We had a problem in our room, reported it and it was solved within minutes.
Plenty activities around the hotel and great entertainment almost every night.
Live singing, dancing and something for the children too.
3 pools, spa treatment,gym, mini shops, hairdresser,professional photographer in the hotel.
Hotel is joined with the beach so you can easily get there.

Amazing staff, hotell and location is great. This cannot go wrong, I would recommend everyone to go here!!! Food is fresh and healty, nice drinks, service & perfect acces to the beach with continued all in clusive services on the beach as well!! Will return to this place.
