Aperion Beach Hotel in Kizilot

If you’re dreaming of a “survival in hostile conditions” experience, this hotel is a hidden gem.
We were a sports team of seven, supposed to stay for 8 nights. We only lasted one, just 12 hours on site, including 3 spent camping at the reception desk to get a refund for the unused nights, in line with the booking terms.

Upon arrival, rushed check-in and no access to our rooms before dinner. The meal was cold, served in a gloomy dining room that smelled of damp and mold.

The rooms? Dilapidated cabins with soaked walls, gaps around the door frames, strange smells, snails crawling on the floor, and suspicious noises all night long. The walls were so thin I could literally chat from my bathroom with a teammate in the room next door, while others got to enjoy the sounds of their sick neighbors.
Special mention to the bathroom, a real masterpiece with used soap, moldy bandages on the floor, rust, and leaks everywhere.

Breakfast was a true sensory adventure, with ants in the juice and rat droppings in the cereal.

When we decided to leave, things escalated quickly. The staff and the manager refused to cooperate, made veiled threats, and even tried blackmail, saying “We’ll refund half if you don’t post a negative review” or “You can leave if you sign this paper” (see photo).
They completely blocked our attempts to leave and ignored both our messages and Booking’s calls and emails.

In short, the perfect place if you want to test your limits or film an episode of Survivor: Budget Edition. Otherwise, run.

Worst hotel ever! Just run from it. We wanted to run away the first second as we arrived but as long as it was Sunday, we had to wait til Monday. We ran away as fast as possible. Everything was horrible, there are no words to describe the feeling. Homeless people live better than working people who came for holidays. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I stayed at Aperion Beach Hotel and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The food was absolutely awful — if you're planning to come here, I strongly recommend bringing your own snacks or meals because you might actually go hungry.

The cleanliness of the hotel was also unacceptable. Rooms were not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene was very poor.

Before booking, I saw many negative reviews but unfortunately ignored them. I regret not paying attention, and I want others to take those reviews seriously. This hotel is definitely not worth the money or time. Think twice before coming here, especially if you're expecting decent food and a clean environment

The staff was really nice and they really tried to make the stay enjoyable for us, to the point where I felt bad for them, because this place was so horrendous that we left to another hotel (paying almost 2000€ in addition to what we already paid) after one night. The food was bland and not very tourist friendly, the whole place smelled really bad and the owner was rude. The toilets weren’t cleaned at all, water wasn’t working properly, and there was no elevator making it incredibly inconvenient to get in and out of the rooms. There are so many so much better hotels and resorts not even a kilometer away that would be better to stay at. Still, the staff was really kind and all credit to them- I truly hope they find a better place of employment because they do not deserve to have to spend their days in that place. No amount of money is worth it.

It's such a bad place. I don't even want to call it a hotel. It's awful. The staff is so rude and awful. The food is bad. We couldn't eat. We bought something to eat at the market. It's awful. The entertainers are like street people. An old man with long hair is doing a show with broken glass. It's ridiculous. The rooms are awful. They're not clean. How can a tour agency market a hotel like this?

What kind of hotel is this? rooms are dirty. cleaning sucks. Our room was not cleaned for a week. The food in the restaurant is bad. We even bought something to eat from the market. very far from city center. We had to go on tours for the last 3 days. The beach is also very irregular and bad. There seems to be no staff. Staff do not use uniforms. It seems as if the employees have more holidays than the customers. No fun. I've never been to such a bad hotel in my life.
