Aperion Beach Hotel in Kizilot

It's such a bad place. I don't even want to call it a hotel. It's awful. The staff is so rude and awful. The food is bad. We couldn't eat. We bought something to eat at the market. It's awful. The entertainers are like street people. An old man with long hair is doing a show with broken glass. It's ridiculous. The rooms are awful. They're not clean. How can a tour agency market a hotel like this?

What kind of hotel is this? rooms are dirty. cleaning sucks. Our room was not cleaned for a week. The food in the restaurant is bad. We even bought something to eat from the market. very far from city center. We had to go on tours for the last 3 days. The beach is also very irregular and bad. There seems to be no staff. Staff do not use uniforms. It seems as if the employees have more holidays than the customers. No fun. I've never been to such a bad hotel in my life.

Wery strange gor so much good reviews ...What ir really good in this hotel is beach and see .Its really even for 5 stars!!!Rest ,personal is very strange ,absolutely any information you get when you arrived .Room (bungalow )its wery small and dirty .In bathroom smell canalization .On bed dirty bedding and alsaw dirty towel.In the hotel and restaurant alsaw smell canalization .Food is alsaw not good.One day my husband even get diarea,and like we now from others guest not only him.For kids absolutely wery difficult whith food ,absolutely nothing .Wa wery strange when for breakfasts one person was cooking eggs ,whith one plate for around 100 person.Cofe is horrible .We was buying coffee in the shop and get only boiled water Animation for adults during the day only zumba and aquaerobika,for children in the evening minidico,but alsaw we not even not understand when finished minidico and start disco .Wery big problems whith communication .So like i start this review big plus is see,but all others it only minus ...We for sure not coming back to this hotel

Really not a 3* hotel, not even a 1* hotel, the food was mediocre, only fix menu for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The restaurant is very dirty. The swimming pool is absolutely not clean, there are dead insects/tree branches in the water, the staff members are absolutely not professional, they understand romanian if you say something bad but if you ask for something in English they don't know. They only speak Russian or Turkish but absolutely no English, you would not find any information if you don't speak these 2 languages. The seaside/pool view does not even correspond to the pictures. Room was ok, balcony also ok but the bathroom was super small, very hard to take a shower there. Tv, air condition old, like very, very old. We didn t had room cleaning during 8 days even though I have asked to reception the 3rd day to clean it because it was full of sand in shower. In the last day the room was horror, not even the garbage taken, but we took it outside daily and they left it in front of the door for 5 days. Seacost is not clean, the sea also not clean, full of plastic bottles and other stuff. Save your money for a better hotel trust me.
