Aroma Butik Hotel in Kizilot

EDIT Tonight at 10.30pm I asked to turn down the music and two members of staff started laughing at me. So I went (out of exasperation) to turn down the speaker myself and a member of the staff PHYSICALLY ATTACKED ME, PUSHING ME.
THIS IS THE WORST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED MY IN AN HOTEL, EVER.
I'll make sure to alert the tour operator and the local authorities about this event, but in the meanwhile PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Spent the first night in a box room without hot water or Internet (nor the mobile data or the wifi were working).
The second night I have been moved to a larger room, still no hot water and a sewage smell coming from the toilet. Rooms have no fridges nor kettles.
The food is gross and have no options. They just serve you a plate with some food that is hard to identify. In the evening you have a depressing buffet of borderline unedible food (hot dog stew, plenty of cauliflower). At breakfast, do not expect a toaster or butter for your toast.
I have a full board booking but drinks are not included, and I am not talking fancy alcoholic cocktails, I am talking bottled water.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and to reach the only minimarket in the area you must risk your life crossing a busy motorway.
There is a loudspeaker blasting Turkish dance music all day long till 11pm, completely spoiling the chances of relaxing.
EDIT: on all the 7 night I've spent here, only one night I had hot water in my room, despite repeatedly asking the staff to sort it. The staff gets very annoyed when you ask them help.

Planned to stay for 10 nights, couldn’t even make it to night 3. Really rude owners that park there brand new cars obnoxiously outside the reception. No fridges, long mirror or hot water. The cabin we stayed in, the jacuzzi did not work. Food was absolutely horrible with limited selection, Flies all over the food. Did not help when needed. Overall horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE. cheap but not even worth it

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL!! they have a cockatiel that they completely neglect and keep in a small cage and never let out. he is kept alone, has a single dowel perch, is only fed seed, his water looked disgusting (it’s not even in a bowl) this is animal abuse and if you value animals you should 100% not visit here. while someone has spoke to them about it i am unsure if they have made any changes to improve the quality of life for this poor cockatiel.

They abuse a cockatiel in their lobby. Cage is way too small, no toys and he lives on one perch his entire life. Extremely depressing, don't support businesses that would do this to animals. Literally animal abuse. Poor little guy, they need to adopt him to another owner
