The rooms aren't the cleanest, really could do with a deep clean.
The food was cold most of the time, and the chips were always uncooked. But a good variety, although don't expect home comforts (nor should you).
I ordered the same drink but had 5 different variations. I think the bar staff just make up the cocktails.
The pool was clean.
Most of the staff were pleasant to deal with.
Ali in the animation team is a really good guy, and does his best throughout the day.
The beach isn't sandy, but that's not the fault of the hotel, that's nature.
Loved the resident cats.
Check the beach snack bar, it's not always the same food as the pool snack bar.

It is not worth to go here. I would consider this as a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star. I was there with a friend, so for our needs it was OK, but I would not go here with the family. I would definitively try different hotels.
Beach was with small rocks which is difficult to walk on and there is not enough sunbeds for guests.
Hotel would really need a reconstruction and better cleaning. Some parts like bars and stairs were smelly a little.
Food selection was smaller than in other hotels I have been, but still OK. Taste was not good at all. I did not try anything where I would say this was good.

We turn up on the 3rd October 2024. Before we could get a room we got kicked it to the Dinner room. All the food was Cold like Ice not a lot off food on offer. They say they have English food but nothing at all for the English it's all Russian German and all them kind off people that dont understand anything you say to them very rude and not nice people. Cat are running around the restaurant and in the kitchen and shitting everywhere. The Hotel reception floors and landings are filthy. The room's dont get cleaned by the cleaners and till you complain to the receptionist. The pictures on the brochure on not what you actually see when you come. You are not in the Hart off everything. To get anywhere it takes up to an hour or so by taxi.
This Hotel should not be a 5 star it's not even a 1 star. No entertainment really it's all in Turkish. The best thing is the swimming pool and that is it. If you want to come and lose weight this is the place to come If you are on a budget this is the place for you.

Hotel is situated close to the beach, there is underground passage. The rooms are clean and functional. The employees of hotel are helpful and nice.
The food could be better but don't get me wrong the food is good and lot of choices. The drinks in the bar were original in all inclusive offer. The location is weak, the nearest city is about 15 minutes by car. The animations in the night were fantastic, we saw the gymnastics, strong man, laser show, synchronical swimming and many more. That was the most advantage of the hotel.

I’m going to copy and paste this honest review on trip advisor so there is no confusion.
Let’s get the first couple of questions out of the way and is it a five star hotel and would I recommend it? The answer is NO!
The hotel itself is isolated away from anywhere remotely exciting from either Antalya, Managvat or Alanya. The taxi will cost at least 50 euros each way to get to Manavgat bazaar and a lot more to either Antalya or Alanya.
The next point is that when you think of All Inclusive, you expect all inclusive. That means all food, drink, entertainment and WiFi
It’s not all inclusive.
You only have free WiFi in the lobby. That’s just the reception area and even then, the WiFi is slow and you barely get any connection. I have had to purchase an eSIM for the week that I’ve been here.
The air conditioning isn’t working properly, the hotel is very hot. You would rightfully expect air conditioning throughout the hotel. Not just in your bedroom but the point being here is that your room key needs to be inserted for your air conditioning to operate. How is this possible if you only have one key? By the time you get to your room in the evening, you will be sautéed. Think carefully if you value a nice cool room.
In the morning when it comes to breakfast, you have to purchase fresh orange juice or any other freshly squeezed juice. That can range from €2-4
In the evenings if you have children and they want snacks, you have to pay for items like candy floss or popcorn. That is an extra €2
Evening entertainment is also not free. Bingo night costs €2 a sheet.
The entertainment room is scandalous. €7 for half an hours worth of pool and €17 for bowling.
Tell me, how is this all inclusive? You have kids, you pay the premium for paying during school holidays as it is. It’s more frustrating. What really sets you over the edge is that at the end of your holiday, you have to pay for the weighing machine to weigh your suitcase. It costs 1 euro. It’s the principle.
The food is my next point, it’s always the same menu. There’s no variety. It’s tedious and in the end, you just don’t want to eat the same food day in day out.
This is not a five star hotel. This in terms of Turkey hotels is most probably a 3 to a 3.5 hotel.
I’ve been as honest as I can be. There are a lot better hotels out there. As I said earlier, aim for a hotel closer to the main towns. This place is isolated and it’s purely a money grab. The reception staff are rude and so are the bar staff near the reception.
You only get one card and if you lose that card, it costs €25. You also need to pay for the safe.
The good points to the hotel now.
The hotel is very clean. The staff are lovely to be fair to them. The waiters and cleaning staff are lovely. They’re a credit to the hotel.
The beach is incredible and the beach bar is very well stocked with food and drink. The only negative is that the food is left there all day but I didn’t expect any different in the beach bar.
The pool is large and clean and the pool bar is consistent when it comes to drinks and snacks. There’s generally a good consistent offering.
To summarise, I’d label this hotel as a 3.5 star hotel and I’d be disappointed if I was saving up all year round to come here with kids in the summer holidays.
A great alternative is Side Star Elegance in Side.

I am really shocked by the inspection that gave this hotel 5 stars because it has none of the factors of a 5 star hotel here.
They introduced this hotel as a 5-star hotel, when it is the quality of a 3-star hotel .
I have experienced more than 25 5 star hotels in Turkey and I can say that this one has none of their factors.
The building is very dilapidated and old, The buildings needs major repairs
The elevator is small has low capacity and needs repair most of the time.
You need to use the stairs to reach your room The building needs major repairs.
There is not enough light in the hallway, there is no air conditioning in the hallway, the lamps have been turned off to save money.
The sheets and towels on the beds are very old and the towels are torn.
The GYM is completely ruined and you can't use it
The indoor pool is closed and you are not allowed to use it.
You are not able to use the sauna as it is inside the spa and it costs money.
In the rooms, you are not able to use free internet, but you have to pay for it, but still you do not have strong internet.
You have to pay to use the safe box in the room.
The corridors and the room are not cleaned well every day .
You do not have bodywash ,shmpoo or conditioner in the bathroom and you do not have any additional items in your bathroom to use, such as toothpaste , toothbrushes or other items.
The hotel food is a complete disaster, the food quality is prepared from the lowest possible level, the food is tasteless and very repetitive.
During our stay, we could not use the hotel's food because of the poor quality and had to constantly use outside restaurants.
Only on the last day, they gave us different foods, which poisoned all the family members.
The quality of the fruits is so low that you can imagine an apple same as a walnut size.
The dishes used in the dining hall are cracked and full, glasses and dishes often smell bad
If a Michelin inspector visits this restaurant, be sure that not only will he not give him 5 stars, but he will shut it down quickly.
There are not enough seats in the hotel's resturant.
Bars by the pool or beach are of very poor quality and are not usable at all.
There are no lifeguards at the pool
The pool tiles are broken
There is not enough chlorine in the pool water and this causes you to have skin problems
You cant expect entertainment, the entertainment available in this hotel only plays music through amplifiers. or childern dance etc.
The rooms facing the entertainment area are not soundproof ,the sound of music will disturb you until 12:30 midnight, if you plan to sleep early, you will not be able to sleep and the same repititive music will wake you up at 7 am .
The distance from the hotel to the beach is very long and you should walk for at least 8 to 10 minutes.

Everthing in the hotel is in euros and 3 times more expensive than normal.The tables are constantly full of stacked glass cups and plates that have not been cleared away.
Not to mention that I spoke with the representative of on the beach at the hotel and he said nothing could be done.
Finally I just want to let people know you are not getting your money's worth.

All these other reviews are a lie!! I have only been here for 2 days and everything is perfect. Let’s start off with a very warm welcoming as you enter to check in. Very friendly and funny!
The rooms are great with air conditioning and spacious. Toilets are also good as well well!!
The food so far is amazing and cannot complain at all.
The pool is clean and only good vibes only.
This place Is mainly for families I would say.

I'm on way back to the airport from cenga beach hotel and it was nice here. We spent a week here and did enjoy it. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Lucas from the entertainment crew.
The rooms are spacious and clean although I felt the bathroom was a little dated.
Only real downside is the location of the hotel... its kind of in the middle of nowhere, which the hotel can provide shuttle bus to town and the bazaar.

Although the hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel, it pulls no more than 3 s + or 4 s -. Very compact, the menu is very monotonous, located somewhere in the outskirts of civilization. All the evening sun is covered by the neighboring hotel, half of the rooms overlook frank garbage dumps😡, but for an additional $20 you can get a view of the sea or the pool. However, we must pay tribute to the staff - they work perfectly. I put 5 * because we rested with a large company, we felt good and what was happening around did not greatly affect our excellent mood.
