Elysium Elite Hotel&Spa in Manavgat

Dirty room, disintegrating furniture, repetitive & hard to procure food. We did get them to put us into a different room after complaining about cleanliness and in general rooms are cleaned daily, but still lots of grime remains. Clearly some people in these reviews love it here, but I'd avoid unless you're seeking 2-star hotels at 4 star prices.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were met with unfriendly staff at the reception, which was not a good start. The room was awful—far from clean, with stains everywhere, and it looked nothing like the photos we had seen online.

To make matters worse, we noticed that some guests were eating everywhere—in the pool area, in their rooms, and even by the sea, which made the hygiene situation quite concerning. Additionally, there was no elevator, which was extremely inconvenient, especially since the staff were not prepared to help with our luggage.

The lack of information was frustrating. We were given very little guidance on where everything was located or when meals were served, which led to confusion and unnecessary stress. On top of that, despite booking an all-inclusive package, we were charged extra for towels, which was never mentioned beforehand and felt like a money-grab.

The room itself was poorly equipped, with almost no TV channels available, and the air conditioning barely worked, making our stay even more uncomfortable. The music and (children’s) entertainment were of poor quality, especially compared to the hotel across the street. We could see and hear their entertainment from our balcony, and it was clearly much better than what our hotel offered.

Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is LITERALLY DISGUSTING. There are so many ants in the rooms. When we arrived, they gave us a really small dirty room. The air conditioner didn’t work. There were hairs in the bathroom and the shower was disgusting. The next day we were moved in another room. It was better and the air conditioner was WORKING FINALLY. But there weren’t a wardrobe so our clothes were in our suitcases all the time which was very uncomfortable. THERE WERE ANTS! The food was bad especially in the mornings. The lunch and dinner meals were kinda better. Personally I didn’t enjoy my stay in this hotel. + there is a graveyard in front of the house so it is horrible. BUT THE PERSONAL(especially on the reception)IS GREAT AND VERY KIND AND HELPFUL AND HARDWORKING THEY ARE TRYING THEIR BEST

People do not come here, you will not rest normally !! we arrived in the evening we were told there are no vacancies! Moved for the night in the "hostel" the next day knocked out his room with a miracle, then there was no free and clean !!!!!! I also paid my own money, because they cleaned up after the residents, because no one here is worried about you. The food is terrible! Especially children have nothing to eat, potatoes are always spicy, pasta is cold and always in some sauce. Sausage puree soup, it's all horror !!!! drink coffee all in plastic cups, the device from which coffee is made dirty and no one wipes! Rooms in the third building are even more or less normal, they are not cleaned only garbage is removed.
You will not find free sunbeds on the beach at 8 am, people have been occupying them probably since the evening, so take a towel and have to lie on the stones.
The staff is not friendly especially at the reception director or the administrator is not always happy girl! Which does not pay attention to the tenants and constantly smokes at the entrance, rude!
You can't call it a holiday! I'm counting the days of the minute to get out of here !!!! Noise isolation in the room is zero! You will hear someone snoring, talking, knocking on the door at 6 am and your sleep is interrupted.
