Reviews
To make matters worse, we noticed that some guests were eating everywhere—in the pool area, in their rooms, and even by the sea, which made the hygiene situation quite concerning. Additionally, there was no elevator, which was extremely inconvenient, especially since the staff were not prepared to help with our luggage.
The lack of information was frustrating. We were given very little guidance on where everything was located or when meals were served, which led to confusion and unnecessary stress. On top of that, despite booking an all-inclusive package, we were charged extra for towels, which was never mentioned beforehand and felt like a money-grab.
The room itself was poorly equipped, with almost no TV channels available, and the air conditioning barely worked, making our stay even more uncomfortable. The music and (children’s) entertainment were of poor quality, especially compared to the hotel across the street. We could see and hear their entertainment from our balcony, and it was clearly much better than what our hotel offered.
Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The wifi in the hotel only works in reception, very uncomfortable. The reception was overcrowded.
There were 2 outside pools, glad there was one where the kids didn’t come. The main pool was full of kids and there were lines for the water slide - the slide itself damaged my daughter, don’t recommend.
The room’s shower didn’t have warm water. We brought some grapes to the room once and there were ants everywhere. DO NOT BRING FOOD INTO YOUR ROOM or ants will attack it.
The location wasn’t the best, because there wasn’t any place we could take a walk.
In the evening there were shows, but the entertainers weren’t great.
Those who stayed at the hotel only spoke russian and no english. Horrible.
The baristas working at the bar only understood the words “Sprite, fanta, cola” and didn’t seem that they were enjoying their work.
For russians it’s perfect, for others don’t recommend, never coming back.
The staff is very hardworking, welcoming, friendly.
The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every three days.
I liked the hammam, the golden hands of the masseurs.
Volleyball on the beach, thanks to the animator Timur, made it possible to brighten up the rest.
The nearby cemetery did not bother me.
All the imperfections of the hotel were covered by the first line and the extraordinary cleanliness of the sea and the gentle sun.
It is very pleasant to eat surrounded by palm trees and admire the sea!
Remoteness from big cities is a huge plus of the hotel.
In general, a wonderful vacation for little money.
Up to four, there is a little lack of service and consumable sewing and soap accessories.
I would have returned to the question here - the answer is YES
You will not find free sunbeds on the beach at 8 am, people have been occupying them probably since the evening, so take a towel and have to lie on the stones.
The staff is not friendly especially at the reception director or the administrator is not always happy girl! Which does not pay attention to the tenants and constantly smokes at the entrance, rude!
You can't call it a holiday! I'm counting the days of the minute to get out of here !!!! Noise isolation in the room is zero! You will hear someone snoring, talking, knocking on the door at 6 am and your sleep is interrupted.
