Thank you very much. We had a great stay at the Kempinski Hotel The Dome. The service is very good and very fast. The food is outstanding and has many varieties at the buffet and it changes every day. At the breakfast Mehmet and Murat took great care of us.
The beach is very nice and also there the service is great. We enjoyed the Gözleme House where Zulfiye made the best Gözlemes. We would love to come again.
Damla (Lady in Red) helped us with all the reservations and gave us great recommendations.

Terrible experience at Kempinski Belek The Dome.
An employee from a shop inside the hotel lured us off the premises, where we were threatened and forced to pay €8,000. In this shop – which the hotel’s general manager himself claims is “one and the same” with the hotel – we received a direct death threat with the words “for you, tomorrow will not exist” and were forced to pay absurd amounts of money for worthless items as ransom. Our lives and safety were genuinely put at risk. Instead of helping, the general manager behaved extremely rudely and arrogantly.

The food is at an unacceptably low level, incomparable to other 5-star hotels in Belek. The beach is small, covered with gravel, with very few sunbeds. The bathrooms are dirty and full of mold. The hotel itself is neglected and run-down – nothing to do with the quality that the Kempinski brand promises.

At the entrance, Ms. Damla gave us a warm and professional welcome, making us feel immediately at home. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every single day — everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing.

In the restaurant, Mr. Murat Doğan Yılmaz, Mr. Serkan, and Mr. Mehmet Karabal, Mr. Mehmet Üregen were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our meals — their hospitality truly made a difference.

At the beach, Ms. Neslihan, Mr. Yasin, and Mr. Umut were always ready to assist with a smile. Their friendly attitude and quick support added so much comfort to our experience. At the pier, Mr. Murat was also extremely attentive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location is perfect, the facilities are excellent, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. Had an amazing time with hubby for a relaxing holiday. Food was delicious, staff was delightful, beach was stunning. Golf course was fantastic too. My husband is a keen golfer and I was a complete novice, but staff was super helpful and I truly enjoyed golfing! Ambiance in the hotel is really authentic, calm, and relaxing. Staff and Lady in Red crew was absolutely delightful to deal with. They made our stay very special. We will definitely come back.

Everyone is very kind and accommodating, however, I would like to single out a few people that I would like to thank for their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality, they are two guys from the bars named Ismail and Emre, their service and their attitude towards me as a client made my stay be very pleasant and comfortable.
But also the girl in red named Damla, she made my stay much easier because of my business obligations, I had a very serious need to print some documents, she handled it very kindly and professionally and made my stay here easier and more beautiful. because of the three of them and their approach to me as a client, I will always be happy to come to your hotel.
