This hotel, resort is an absolute no go.
Rooms are run down. Bathroom mould and stinks with cockroaches and sockets hanging out the wall. The food is very cheap and all tastes the same. Drinks a very cheap and tasteless contains. Stuff is friendly but better if you speak russian. Will never come back and warm people to come here. Coming to Turkey for years this was a utter nightmare to be.

Green, calm and renovated hotel. Rooms are new and clean. First line to the sea with nice beach. Great performance for the price. Evenings shows, musics and discos nice also. I advice

Stayed in the hotel at the end of July 2024. Nice complex, beautiful and clean beach, as well as the sea. The location is excellent, no matter how high the temperatures are, it is pleasant, the hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, literally in the forest.
Hotel employees are friendly. The rooms are clean, thoroughly cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are changed every day.
Wifi works everywhere, even on the beach. A large selection of drinks as well as food. The food is delicious, especially in the a la cart restaurant. In the complex there are also playgrounds for children, pastry shops and cafes that accept guests over 18 years old.
Lots of activities and animations for both children and adults (concerts, plays, sports activities). An honest recommendation, especially for families with children.

We were here in June 2023.
The resort is very popular to family with young children, in fact there are lot of activities for these young people.
The beach was great with enough space for the guest, here it is possible to book cabanas where you can relax and enjoy your stay.
The staff on the beach was very nice and polite, they took good care of us.
The breakfast lunch and dinner was ok with a wide choice, some food was ok and some other was very poor quality.
We had an all inclusive stay which doesn’t mean good quality, I had couple of the worst cocktails I never had before.
The room can be very noisy or from the late entertainment or from air conditioning motors and motors from next door hotel.
The room was just ok, it was cleaned daily but sometimes we found no towels, the housekeeping just took our towels without replacing them with new ones.
The bathroom is simply not clean and that is not matter of details, it is just dirty and it was smelling due the faulty pipes.
The staff doesn’t speak English but they do speak Russian, in fact the majority of the guests were Russian but that was not a problem at all.

One of the worst resorts sold by the Fibula Travel agency. We were 3 couples and 1 child who had booked 3 rooms for 11 nights. Very arrogant service and communication from the resort managers. No one spoke English, only Russian. Hygiene left much to be desired. Dirty and damp rooms and common areas. Very amortized premises. The toilet in the room is dirty and has bunches of hair everywhere. Damp and airless. The ceiling of the toilet was dripping on the head. After many complaints, someone was brought in and painted the ceiling with oil paint and the whole room smelled of gasoline because of the painting. The pool was very dirty and was rarely cleaned. And if all this was not enough, on the last day the staff entered our room and stole some of our personal items (iPhone headphones) on the table. No one was held responsible even though the person was identified. The worst episode was at the airport on the day of departure when we were told at check in that our tickets had been canceled and we had to go through an ordeal of conversations to resolve the situation. After 10 years of holidays in Kemer, these were the worst holidays. We do not recommend this resort to any tourist, and we also do not recommend the Fibula Travel agency at all, which is only interested in taking the customers' money.

We were a family from 10 to 21 October 2021. The nature is beautiful, the sea is warm. And now about FAN & SAN female club Sapfir they came to the 5 * hotel for ultra all, and left 3 *, as even on some sites the star rating has already changed. The room was clean (I don’t look under the bed, I don’t look for cobwebs like some), dressing gowns, toiletries, a bar (replenished: water, cola, fantasies of their spills) everything worked, only the windows overlooked the RIXOSa catering unit with always buzzing hoods when open the balcony can't sleep and it stinks. The territory is normal, the animators are good, the wi-fi worked poorly. The food is meager, disgusting, monotonous, incomprehensible salads, vegetables, 10 types of buns without taste, burnt chicken and fish, by no means ultra all. In the Rybny ala-carte there was a deliciously cooked sea bass and two slices of squid, everything else from the dining room🤣🤣🤣 The declared imported alcohol (Martini, Balantines and something else) was in the form of original bottles in which some kind of drunken was poured. Complained, the answer is: - it's real. The service staff were not always friendly, they were already annoying. Ultra all doesn't smell there.

We are resting for the second year. There are places to improve, for example, the rooms are slightly killed by the end of September, but in general I like everything. The territory is excellent, everything is close by.

Were at the hotel in August 2020, during quarantine measures. From the point of view of organizing a safe stay - everything is ok, not intrusive, but you can see from the hotel that it is also hard for them at this difficult time. The cuisine is delicious, but simple, no frills, 4 points. The hotel has few places with sun loungers near the pool, all the places were constantly occupied by sutra. Animation - not a lot because of the quarantine, in the evening it was not at all. Sea class, clean, warm pontoon in the theme. The rooms are old, but poorly renovated. Big minus - there is no air conditioning in the lobby, it is very hot. In general, a vacation for 4-ku if this is possible in these conditions.
