The good comment first: the staff had five star level. But otherwise the hotel is not at this level. Food was more than enough but the quality and diversity just so so. Air condition too noisy and too weak, not enough beach chairs already at 10am, the gym needs renewal. To be fair: the hotel room rates in September were attractive but the five star hotel rating is misleading.
I had an amazing experience at the hotel’s massage services during my stay in Turkey. The masseur was incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel comfortable right away. The food is a C. There's nothing but watermelon and green apples. The food isn't tasty. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the towels are gray. The bed linens are crap. This hotel isn't a B.
If you’re not too picky, this is truly a lovely hotel for a relaxing holiday. A big thank you to the hotel team for all their hard work and for being so patient with us easy-going tourists. Excellent hotel. Excellent food, attentive staff, evening entertainment for children and adults, live music, performances. The beach sunbeds are occupied in the morning, at 10:00 everything is occupied, but closer to 11:00 people start to leave and sunbeds appear. During the day there are generally few people on the beach. I recommend!
It was great experience. Rooms are standard, food is various and delicious. Waiters and staff are friendly and always ready to help. We managed to check in early after a long journey. They have live music, shows, entertainment during the day.

This is the best place you can stay in Cirali, just in front of the beach with the nature. The rooms are very nice and big , every bungalow has its own garden. Breakfast is amazing with different kind of appetizers everyday , stuff is very kind and helpful
Great Spot
Cabins are all in the beautiful garden, and the restaurant is located right on the beach. Cabins were spotless, with daybeds and hammocks on the deck.....wish we had stayed longer...all the staff were extremely welcoming. Recommended.
The freshly made seafood is delicious, and since the wonderful bay is only a few steps away, it's also worth a swim. The changing room and the shower room are also of a high standard. Practical that large groups are also comfortably accommodated.
As you can tell from the title, this was a return visit to this gloriously relaxing place. The gardens where the bungalows that comprise the accommodation nestle seem to be able to pull any lingering memories of the busy city or urban living out of you and you at once feel at-one with nature. Long story short: absolutely great yet affordable place.
Friendly and diligent working stuff, rich variety of dishes, various meat dishes, vegetables cooked in different ways, desserts, fruits and more. Rooms are not luxurious, but decently kept, frequently maintained, with spacious balconies.
There is a van going to the beach and back to the hotel for free, but it’s a 20 minutes walking distance and...
It was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food wasn't that great, but to be fair, you could always find something to eat.
I had a great experience here. The staff will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The food was of a large variety and always freshly cooked. Their Chefs are excellent! The pool was diligently cleaned and the fact that is not chlorinated will make you wanting to stay in it all day! Their shuttles will take you to the beach should you want to go, just about every hour (or, more often)....
Exceptionally good place to stay in Kemer. A bit far from the town centre, but has a free shuttle service.
The staff is kind and helpful. My room was outdated and needed renovation. The cooks do their best, lunch and dinner were very good , I liked the rice with meat, but at breakfast there was no choice, poor quality sausages of various kinds, cereals that I don't eat , some salads. Boiled eggs with vegetables saved my mornings.

We stayed for 6 nights in Grand Nar Hotel. We four friends really had great time at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite with us. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was served very well. Thankful to chef 👩🍳 who cooked special dish on every dinner.

I had a wonderful stay at the Great Nar Hotel with the all-inclusive package. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay again!
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at the Grand Nar Hotel in Kemer. We stayed in September 2025. We loved the food; it was delicious. We were given a very nice and spacious room. Thanks to the hotel receptionist for this. The beach is clean, and sun loungers and umbrellas are free. We were taken to the beach by shuttle.

I really enjoyed everything especially SPA service. I booked 7 medical massage and Ahmed and Ferdinand are best professional massage therapists I ever experienced. I tried massage in different countries and here is best 5 star massage and good price. The only thing I would like hotel to improve is find a way to get rid of flies.
