I was traveling along the Turkish coast and stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I had a superior room with partial sea and garden views. I mostly lay on the pier, from where I jumped into the sea

It was convenient, and there were fish. The sea was crystal clear, and the mountain views were fantastic. There was plenty of food and drinks. There were plenty of bars, and there were evening shows starting at 9:30 PM

Room had two diveded rooms with old and yellow-ish air conditioners wich had problems to cool down room properly so we needed to keep them running almost all fay since temperatures were 34 C every day of our stay and our room was on 7th floor

It is maintained in some way, but for example, the doors, door frames, and bathroom were in pretty poor condition and definitely needed professional repair or renovation. The main restaurant is a weak point

Beach was ok, sea was warm and clean but after few days we noticed they don't clean sunbeds, side tables, little trash cans were sometimes full from day before

We have just returned from this hotel. We were on a five day break from Fethiye with a group of 20+ friends for organised walks around the area. We found the hotel to be mainly Russians with a few Germans too

Not far from the hotel is the ancient city of Phaselis - for those who want to visit it - stop opposite the hotel (where the ATMs are) route 8, - fare 25 liras, entrance to the city 220 liras, we go there almost every day, in fact the city is very large and it’s difficult to get around it all in a day and there are three beaches, two pebble and sandy

Air conditioning and a refrigerator are available in the room. Everything is in working order. Bed linen and towels are clean and free of stains. The hotel grounds are clean and there are several recreation areas

Beach is about 500 m from the hotel and there are Mom's hotel sunbeds and sunshades free of charge. I would definetely recommend Mom's hotel :-)

Hotel staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. We went in 2019 and stayed for 1 night randomly on the road. I gave it 5 stars then, but I left it without commenting

I am writing at the end of our 3rd visit. We are happy as if we are going to our own home every year, we sincerely thank them for their smiling faces and warm family welcome

I must say that the dedication and passion of the hotel owner is exceptional and we felt very welcome and had a great time there. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere in this family-hotel was warm and great

5 mins walk to the sea; very comfortable matresses on the beach! The place is last on the hotel line, so, relatively quiet. Possible to cook your own food; delivery is also possible

We came to the Kiris Garden Hotel after a very long and exhausting drive from Alanya. During the check-in there was a little confusion about our booking and we firstly got a different room assigned

Nice hotel, room is perfect (with a huge jacuzzi outside), pool is nice, garden is wonderfull. The owner is a very nice person, helps you a lot. ( he also offerd us pitayas, dragon fruits:)

Interesting hotel with very hospitable and welcoming owner. He has created a unique atmosphere of a big home rather than typical hotel. I definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is just amazing! Banana garden with rabbits, very convenient pool, magnificent view from the balcony. The air conditioner really helps during hot summer days.
