Hotel «Club Pinara»

Disaster in real life . Rooms are dirty(smels like pee),ants in the room,electrical cables are not secured (been left open), AC doesn't work ,but sometimes. Mushroom on walls in bathroom. AC is defective and gives strange sounds from the outside. At night you can't sleep because there are ,,european ground squirrels, which makes strange sound . Is like in wild jungle. Glass doors are dirty with oil and fingerprints ,,food dysentery " Kitchen where you get the food is terible,smells bad ,and is very dirty,no words to explain that. Here is the truth .Check pictures All positive comments are fake about this hotel. This hotel should be shut down,as it doesn't comply with safety requirements We got there with travel company TEZ TOUR,they promised good living conditions. Never come to this hotel. We sent a deposit of 10 thousand TL. When we went to the hotel, it had nothing to do with the pictures, the room was shabby. The bed is broken, the walls are falling apart, and so on. Meanwhile, we saw a customer of theirs, the water was not running, a lady was crying because there was no TV in the room you gave us. Cancel it, it is only 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we said you will sell it again, we will never stay here. They did not refund our money, which means they are working unfairly without providing service. I will complain to tourism.

Place from HELL! How can a location so good tun soooo badly! It's in the most beautiful bay of Tekirova surrounded by exclusive hotels. YET I have never been to so poor ALL INCLUSIVE!!! This place needs total renovation. The bed was covered in blood stains... Food was atrocious!!! Embarrassed to be Turkish staying in this place! Everything was done to minimise the costs. Staff are also very unreliable. They make promises they can't keep. Just don't go!!!

This is a low budget hotel so you better to be prepared not get a five star service. Rooms are not clean, food is only ok, drinks are very limited in kind and also in poor quality. If you don’t mind this kind of stuff and will be satisfied with only a nice beach, roof on your top and not to starve I recommend this hotel considering its price range otherwise you have to try somewhere else of course with paying at least four/five times higher.

The hotel is absolutely terrible. We have lived in annex, they did not cleaned room any day. They don't have a doctor. The bar at the annex is empty, it is dirty and old all around. The main hotel territory is not cleaned, the grass is big, the rubbish everywhere. They don't give the towels. The rooms hasn't water, toilet paper, shampoo, you have every time ask for these tools. The wifi only in the reception. The food is poor-pasta, potatoes, tomatoes,sausages (not nice look), cakes - terrible, fruits - watermelon, apples, raw peaches once a week, mini pears. The dishes are dirty! It is only nice in the pictures and 4* in LT. But in real it is not worth 1*.

We went to this hotel at the beginning of July 2022 for 5 nights. The hotel is definitely not luxurious. Its biggest plus is nature. Lots of trees, bushes and a clear beach. Everything else is bad. I didn't have to stay in the main hotel, but the annex type room was very poor. During the entire period while we were there, the room was cleaned only two days (the first two days), no one else cleaned the room. When you ran out of toilet paper, you had to find it yourself. Only on arrival there were no towels, in the end they offered one towel for two people. Also, with the "All Inclusive" package, it was written that beach towels would be provided. No one gave them until we started asking for them ourselves. Food. The food really wasn't as bad as it could have been. There is room for improvement, but everything was edible and survivable. Drinks. There is not much to say about the drinks, because there were simply none. Warm water, warm soft drinks and wine, beer, and rake, that's all they offered, no cocktails, nothing. Cocktails (and this is very strange, never made by anyone) could be tasted only from ten o'clock in the evening. Finally, thieves work in the Hotel. A hat was stolen, and the hotel administration did not pay any attention to it. No compensation, nothing. Basically, this is a very very poor hotel that needs a lot of investment to make it better. If you don't speak Turkish or Russian, it's better not to go there at all, because you won't be able to communicate and you will be without towels and everything. You also won't be able to use a translator, because wifi is only available at the reception, there is no internet in the rest of the hotel.
