Disaster in real life . Rooms are dirty(smels like pee),ants in the room,electrical cables are not secured (been left open), AC doesn't work ,but sometimes. Mushroom on walls in bathroom. AC is defective and gives strange sounds from the outside. At night you can't sleep because there are ,,european ground squirrels, which makes strange sound . Is like in wild jungle. Glass doors are dirty with oil and fingerprints ,,food dysentery " Kitchen where you get the food is terible,smells bad ,and is very dirty,no words to explain that. Here is the truth .Check pictures All positive comments are fake about this hotel. This hotel should be shut down,as it doesn't comply with safety requirements We got there with travel company TEZ TOUR,they promised good living conditions. MAKE SURE YOU WATCH ALL MATTERIAL ATTACHED. Thanks to Tez Tour for this offer

The facility has a unique view at the seaside location in the pine forest. We spend our holiday in this hotel every year, and we leave satisfied every time. We are thinking of coming this year. We recommend it to everyone, hopefully we will be here again next year.

Never come to this hotel. We sent a deposit of 10 thousand TL. When we went to the hotel, it had nothing to do with the pictures, the room was shabby. The bed is broken, the walls are falling apart, and so on. Meanwhile, we saw a customer of theirs, the water was not running, a lady was crying because there was no TV in the room you gave us. Cancel it, it is only 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we said you will sell it again, we will never stay here. They did not refund our money, which means they are working unfairly without providing service. I will complain to tourism.

Beach Club Pınara Oteli'nde harika bir tatil geçirdik. Otel, doğa ile iç içe huzurlu bir ortam sunuyor. Yemyeşil ağaçlar ve kuş sesleri arasında uyanmak gerçekten eşsizdi. Odalar temiz ve konforlu, personel ise son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Plajı ve denizi de oldukça güzeldi. Doğal güzellikler ve sakin bir tatil arayanlar için mükemmel bir tercih.

Place from HELL! How can a location so good tun soooo badly! It's in the most beautiful bay of Tekirova surrounded by exclusive hotels. YET I have never been to so poor ALL INCLUSIVE!!! This place needs total renovation. The bed was covered in blood stains... Food was atrocious!!! Embarrassed to be Turkish staying in this place! Everything was done to minimise the costs. Staff are also very unreliable. They make promises they can't keep. Just don't go!!!
