When we initially chose this hotel, we were aware that it needed renovation.
The food was simple, nothing special.
But what truly shocked us was that our room was cleaned only once during our 8-day stay — and I only found out because my wife noticed streaks on the floor. Meanwhile, the trash that had been lying in the middle of the room remained untouched.

The towels were never changed — I reminded the staff every morning, but nothing was done.
When we checked in, the toilet was leaking. A maintenance worker came to fix it, but in the process, he made a mess of the entire bathroom and soiled the foot towel, which remained there, dirty, for the entire 8 days.

No one ever took out the trash from our room.
I’ve traveled extensively around India, and despite the dirt on the streets, their hotel rooms — in terms of cleanliness — would deserve five stars compared to this place.

If you’re okay living in a pigsty, then Malibu is the place for you.

I don't understand why this hotel has such high ratings. The real average rating should be around 2-3 stars. We got an old room with old plumbing. The windows faced the music. It's impossible to fall asleep early. Dishes with not finished food lies in the corridor. There is one pool and one bar for the whole hotel. The restaurant is not big. There are queues for food. If you are late I am not sure that you have enough food. To the beach to go long and there are few sunbeds. There is no bar on the beach, there is a machine with soda. The whole situation is trying to save only the staff, but it does not help when so many minuses.
