This feels more like a 2-star than a 3-star hotel. The room was small, with old furniture and bathroom, and the overall hygiene was poor (even the pillowcase was stained). Clean rooms but food very poor everything tepid staff don’t speak English what so ever so every conversation was through Google translate when asking for anything so if you don’t speak Turkish not advisable

The hotel staff at the reception and room cleaning department are friendly and attentive. The breakfast and presentations are quite successful. I recommend it to everyone who will come to Muğla. You will be satisfied ☺️👏🍀

We stayed at Tuna hotel in July during our long stay in Muğla. The hotel is impeccable. The rooms are very nice, clean, and well decorated with enough space for all belongings. The cleaning crew and hotel staff are amazing. Very attentive and kind. Excellent hotel and great customer service. We will definitely stay there if we are in Muğla.

This hotel is in a great location. It's walking distance to the hospital, grocery stores and want a quick bite .. walk in to restaurants.. also lots of pharmacy locations close by . Their staff is always smiling and ready to help you. Good English speaking reception, to clarify any misunderstanding.. Maybe better if room was cleaned when we were out. Ok thanks to the staff for knocking when we were in the room. Clean towels and bedding is a must each day . There is room for improvement with choices at breakfast with lack of hot drinks like tea and coffee. These little things make for a good start to the day.
