Staff wise special the night reception guy was very helpful
My only bit disappointment though was that in those hot days and nights the a/c in the room wasn’t working efficiently was more like a fan rather air conditioning
It’s rare to find a place where the staff make such a big difference to the experience — and they certainly did here.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir. I’ll definitely be coming back!
