The beach view is outstanding, and the room facilities were generally good. Breakfast options were limited, but the quality was quite nice.
However, I would not recommend the beach-view rooms for families staying with young children. Loud live music with heavy bass was played until midnight. The sound insulation of both the balcony door and the entrance door was poor, which made it difficult to sleep. Our 1-year-old baby was woken up by the music multiple times.
I also would not recommend choosing a beach-view room during the winter season. The balcony faces directly toward the restaurant’s fireplace vents. We didn’t notice this at first and left some clothes outside to air-dry, which later became very smoky and unpleasantly smelly.
Additionally, the lift stopped working when we were leaving, and we were trapped inside for a short while. Parking can also be quite busy in the afternoon.

A comfortable hotel on the seashore. The receptionist is very tactful and always smiling, and she helps with any problems. The room is small, but newly renovated, with comfortable beds and linens. There's an elevator. The experience was very good.

Room is spacious and while seaview can be seen. Very relaxing and breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

Everything is great, I liked the hotel, cleaning on request, Italian restaurant downstairs, reasonable prices, you can choose the option of staying with breakfast, good breakfasts. I liked everything

I stayed with the family at the top floor room .The room, bathroom and balcony were all big.
The view is magnificent, overlooking the beach and sea.
The property has direct access to Calis beach , which has a long walkaways throughout the beach filled with restaurants and shops, the location couldn’t be better.
The room was spotless. Internet is stable and fast. Staff are so friendly and willing to help.
Housekeeping is not offered daily. We stayed for 4 nights and had housekeeping done once, despite requesting daily. It was not a big deal but worth noting.

I liked the location of the hotel, a good view from the window, you can admire the sunset with a glass of wine.

Nice small hotel on the seashore, 1st line. There is no private beach, it is a public one with paid sunbeds. The hotel is mainly visited by foreigners. The rooms are clean, bright, with a good view of the sea. The hotel has its own restaurant with good food and service. Although the hotel is on the 1st line on the embankment, it is quiet at night, because... Fethiye itself is a retirement resort.

Perfect stay, lovely cotton bedding, water supplied daily in the fridge, both of which were free. Also free safe in the room. Good selection of coffees, teas, soap & toiletries daily. Towels supplied for beach use. Beautiful selection of good food, coffee & juice for breakfast. All staff so very helpful & respectful. The view is amazing along with a wonderful menu in Bella Mamas. We will be back.
