Stayed here for 1 night only. I got a family room that fit for 4 people. The room is spacious and calm. The resort is very quiet, perhaps because I visited here in Winter season. No issue with the room. Food here is decent and staff is okay. However it is more close to 3 star rather than 4 star hotel. However, good work and hope this hotel will getting better.

Really great value for money!!
When you arrive, the hotel looks a bit abandoned, but as soon as you step inside by the pool area, it’s very cozy — and very peaceful.
The service is excellent! And the view is amazing — front row for the sunset, even in October.
The rooms are clean and nice.
The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the town and the sea (the walk uphill is tough 😅), but honestly, you can’t have both the view, the peace and quiet, and still be close to the town and the beach 😊

Arrived in Kusadasi on the 8th October at the hotel Milike we booked, the Milike was a right dump (read my review on it) anyway long story short after 3 days of arguing with Love Holidays we was moved to the Hotel Neopol, before we went we read the reviews on this Hotel and thought oh no, I will add i only give honest reviews as I don't want people to experience what we had to endure especially when its your hard earned cash !! We arrived at the Hotel Neopol and was greeted like Royality, staff was very friendly and helpful, we was taken to our room to get there we went pass the pool, that is a good size with a baby pool next to it, the sunlougers was of good quality with comfy cushioning added, we got to our room 304, and wow it was out of this world, as you walk in on the left you have a big fitted wardrobe, with shelves and storage area to the bottom, to the right you have a fantastic bathroom, with modern facilities, there is a hairdryer, and the large shower has a rainfall head, the room has a very large comfy bed with drawers either side and lighting, across from the bed is a large telly mounted to a large unit that has back lighting and houses storage and a mini fridge, there is also tea and coffee making facilities, next to that is two very comfy chairs with a coffee table, then you have sliding doors that leads you to the veranda with a good quality table and chairs, with views of the sea to die for, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and can't wait to stay again, if you are looking for a really good hotel to stay at that is clean and friendly then I really do highly recommend The Hotel Neopol

I went here with me friend on the 5 th of October we had a great experience from start to finish the staff are really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. it was only a 10 minute walk along the marine to get to all the shops bars and restaurants and u look forward to returning back next year..

From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel was awful. The staff were completely unhelpful, and there were random men constantly coming into the hotel and sitting around, which made the place feel unsafe.
The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. My watch was stolen from my room, and I later found out that another guest’s watch had also been taken. When I reported this to management, they showed no concern whatsoever. The manager refused to listen, was verbally aggressive, and spoke to me in an incredibly disrespectful manner.
The cleaner repeatedly entered my room without reason and went through my personal belongings. They even took photos of used towels — which is completely unreasonable, as towels naturally get dirty and are meant to be washed.
Overall, the staff were sneaky, unprofessional, and provided no support or assistance during my stay. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel for your own safety and peace of mind.

We went there 3 years ago and were very pleased, so we wanted to go again, but unfortunately... The rooms were small and the cleanliness was poor. We had to carry our luggage to our room ourselves, the staff were not helpful, and we bought breakfast included, it was one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had in my life, the facilities were poor, and overall, would I go again? I wouldn't go if it were free!!
